It became slow and unresponsive until power cycling. The kicker was purchasing a game that turned out to be 3 mini games that last about 10 min each to beat...I played this game for about 30 minutes before realizing this, tried to get a refund, but apparently because the device continuously hung up and had to be restarted to even complete the download, meta told me I had used the game for 2 hours. No refund. Really cool product I must admit...when it's functioning as it should.

The only downfall was that we were given a boxed version that did not have the advertised 'Batman' game on it. He worked hard to save his money up for it and just went with it. Very satisfied. Much easier, smoother, clearer, and colorful than the 2s.
