    The headset itself is great, and the controllers dont drift off every 2 mins like with the quest 2. The set uo is a bit wonky, took longer than it needed to to sync with my account on the app

      Glad you reached out when you did and super glad your son is having a good time in the Metaverse. Problems with the cooling fan can be solved however. If you have ever had the error show up saying "The cooling fan in your device is not functioning properly. Your headset may overheat" then contact us through our official channels by Googling Meta Support.
