Amazing Product… at first it was difficult getting used to it but once I got a hang of it… it’s an absolute great decision I made buying it. Love it

First, i love tgese Meta-Rayban Display glasses. Because i love useful gadgets and cool inventions. Fit well, standard, black, size 2 band, and the controls are awesome but slightly erratic at times. I love the cameras, whatsapp, maps ate cool for walking, messages ok, AI ok, music ok. But they beg for better battery life or a way to wear an external battery pack, and other apps you want in glasses. Better more accepted messaging like imessages. Facebook reading and posting, email access, better maps and driving maps, better trabsition lenses, double display, set things like volume and brightness once and forget, Quick easy memo and to do list, a meeting ai recider with tools to invisibly mark important sections and record for several hours and easily look up words, etc line in the meeting, with better calendar integration and reminders. So while they are amazing to use and experience, and so dang cool, they are a very expensive test bed fir the future. I would love to use these and be in the loop with Meta to suggest and test new features. But as a useful tool, after the excitement wears off and you have no idea will they add enhancements or will you be stuck with this limited functionality, I hate to admit they are just fun with limited functionality. Im trying to decide if i take the chance for future functionality or return them. I hate to return them because they are fun though. Ive got a few weeks to decide. But thanks for the conceot META, best i have seen so far.

I must say after being able to demo these bad boys, I immediately purchased these without hesitation. I will try to be as descriptive as possible and will update this review Demo: Right now these are only available in the US in select major cities. I live in Chicago and only TWO stores (Best Buy) had demos in the entire city. The meta site was frustrating with scheduling as they informed me they will send me a notification when a demo slot becomes available. I called the store near me and they had the demo guy in store. I immediately drove there and fortunately there wasn’t a line or anything and I was able to demo them right away. Fit and use: I already own a pair of meta wayfarers so it was pretty easy for me to get used to as I use mine daily. The demo guy fitted me with large glasses (I have a huge head) and a size 3 band that was snug and comfortable. He guided me through simple gestures like pinching to grab, pinch and turn to raise volume or zoom in on pics (pictures actually come on screen in the right lens), fist with thumb movements that act pretty much like a mouse, and double tap thumb and middle finger to turn on/off display. These are in very early stages of release so don’t expect a lot of features but the ones they demo’d sold me. The map function was amazing as I used meta to find directions and it came up with directions on the lens. I was able to zoom in and out of the map with a pinch and twist! The live caption/translation worked better than expected as it only captioned and translated the demo guy right in front of me even with background noise. Text messages popped up clear as day with no strain to my eyes and another customer walked up to look and didn’t see anything that I was looking at. Purchase These bad boys aren’t cheap, but with the technology between the neural band and display, it’s worth it. You can’t order these online or buy without the demo and again, only select major cities are selling them for now. If you don’t live in one of these cities, I would wait until meta rolls them out to you instead of trying to order them through someone else as FIT IS IMPORTANT! Updated to this review coming soon!

Only downside is that they don’t utilize both lenses but thats ok with me i love then either way. Meta is smart and helps with learning amazing things with a simple phrase. If the finger writing can connect to my apple messages id be ever more excited! Cant wait to see what these glasses has in store for us next

These Meta Glasses are innovation at its finest. They are what google glass attempted many years ago, but Meta pulling it off. I gave this a four stars because the technology is fascinating, however, as any first gen goes, it will come with many flaws. Lets start with design. There are not many colors, the frames are heavy and bulky, and they dont connect with many of the apple/ android features that many of us use. It is currently limited to using Meta functions, which lack the innovation that other products have nearly perfected. The positives are the display, the bone conductive sound, camera, responsiveness of the neural band, and the excitement of whats to come. If you purchase this, be aware that its first gen and very limited. However, join the wonder of innovation, as im sure that this will be the future.

The glasses are on of the coolest pieces of wearable tech I’ve ever purchased. The neural band works phenomenally and the inputs work very well, takes some getting use to however. The glasses themselves though being a gen 1 they are BULKY, unlike the wayfarers there is no such thing as casually wearing these. Also with the limited size hopefully they look well on you, I had to buy the large version and they are just slightly big enough that they droop down my face and it is slightly irritating. It’s a niche purchase with limited functionality and apps available however if you are into this stuff it works great and is very cool. Overall: research before purchase

An absolutely great glasses. It's amazing to see how far this product has gone, a screen in side of your glasses? You would have to go to Best buy to get the tutorial and get your size fitted for your glasses and wrist band. The associate, I wish I remembered the girl who helped me's name, was extremely informative. I got used to the glasses straight forward. It is meta integrated meaning you can connect your WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, etc. It's obviously meta AI so that is integrated as well. Your battery time with constant usage will be for an average of 6 hours. Definitely very useful.

The transition is a big problem for me it don't go dark like the pictures advertised especially while driving it says clear because of the cars non direct sun exposure but I still want them dark. Now I'm switching. Back and fourth still to wear darker lenses while I drive.apps in the display are limited too. Was taking them back missed the deadline by one day

I haven’t bought something in a long time that I was genuinely in awe about. These glasses are so cool. I am excited to see the App Store and the support but even now they are really cutting edge. I love the translation feature and the close caption feature is awesome at night In bed. Also, they are transitionals. I love that I do t have to swap my sunglasses for them.

Love this purchase.. No regrets. I have already suggested to a couple friends that they go out and buy a pair.

I am still waiting for this to arrive because based on them it will be shipped after two months which is a bummer but when I took the demo, it’s very satisfying. The glasses would definitely be useful. I just hope they do something to ship it earlier.

The store employee was very helpful in helping me make my final decision about purchasing the meta ray ban display glasses. I really like that I have three ways to access features. I am new to this but it is fun to learn how to work with AI.

Takes forever to ship do to back order but very useful and comfortable and would recommend if willing to wait on them.

Waste of money. Not worth its price. Videos sometimes get corrupted. In 3 min video first few secs record and then the frame freezes for the rest of the duration missing every action. It cant play videos from yourube or show image on glass display. Very bare minimum features and handful of apps most of which are useless. When bought new, i used first few days now it sits unused almost everyday.
