Told me my order would be ready in a hour get there they couldn’t find it (note I waited 2 1/2 hours to go. I live in Magee Ms and you are in Flowood Ms google the distance ) There was a black girl short hair very very very rude. I asked if my order was ready she asked rudely did you get an email it was ready. Unbelievable, but then another associate who must have saw my reaction genuinely tried to help me. I think her name was Liz or Lisa she called the manager, she asked was I married to that brand and would I take another if they couldn’t find it I told her yes. She made conversation with me asked was it for Father’s Day and really seemed to want to make my first time curb side experience great. I know with the virus and all we are all in some place , but it cost nothing to treat a person with respect especially when they chose to spend money with you because there are options as we all know. There are two ways to make money Get more customers Get more out of the customers you have Pass that along to that associate who was so very rude. Just FYI I haven’t shopped with you guys in two years been shopping with Amazon , just saying

This subwoofer melted in my trunk within 5 days of use.

I recently purchased this "Metra - 12" Dual Ported Subwoofer Enclosure - Black". It looks and sounds simply amazing. The front is shiny black plastic, (That is quite durable.) It goes exceptionally well with by black plastic shiny coned sub-woofers. The automotive carpet used on this is good quality. The binding posts are amazing quality. They just happen to be the same ones that were built on my sub-woofers. This box is built so well that nothing on it vibrates. Not even the plastic front. Overall this is a great sub-woofer enclosure with a great price tag. I highly recommend this product.
