Love my new laptop, came clean and ready to go works perfectly

Awesome Computer! Even better price. Came a day earlier then expected and was a brand new computer! Was skeptical because another reviewer said they didn’t have a Wi-Fi adapter however, the one that I purchased had a built-in Wi-Fi adapter Would 100% by from Joy systems again!

Refurbished computer came in great shape and was packaged securely and effectively to prevent damages in shipping. Customer service in store was quick and willing to help. No issues so far with computer, although some technical Microsoft issues when setting up

This laptop is everything I hoped for and more, in fact I'm writing this review with it! It's fast, memory is great, and joy systems sent a welcome kit with everything I needed to get started. I'd highly recommend both this model and the refurbisher.

The device is quite nice and works nicely. Should buy this for general use. Have not tried any software yet, but hoping it runs perfectly. Overall it is 8/10.

Horrible, the laptop did not have WiFi capabilities. You can not set up the laptop unless you have the WiFi setup in which you will have to buy a separate dongle.

I am already broke; bought it less than a month ago. This is what I get for buying a used computer

25 years ago I had a computer faster than this one

My laptop arrived in great cosmetic condition for being refurbished. This is a much needed upgrade to my previous old Dell laptop that ran very slowly. The speed of this laptop is exactly what I was looking for, something to keep up with me as I multitask and run multiple programs for mostly personal but a little bit of work use as well. The laptop is lightweight but feels solidly built. The battery life is ok for my needs but I do feel like the charge doesn't hold as well as some of my previous laptops. The charger is not the original HP one but it works just the same. This laptop offers a lot of storage and I look forward to using it for years to come. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered this laptop because it has a lot of memory and storage for the price. I only use my computer for work but always have a lot of tabs open and multiple windows, so I needed something that could handle that. I have historically only purchased HP computers but never a refurbished one. So far this one is working out great. My battery life is decent for a refurbished model. Windows 11 Pro came installed which is nice. The setup was easy. The item came packaged well. It's super light which I like. It came with a power cord. Make sure to fully charge it before turning it on. The backlit keyboard is a nice feature. By today's standards, I would consider this an all around value. A touchscreen would set this device apart from all the others.

Solidly built good performance for all my coding projects and streams quite well would definitely recommend for everyday use for college students works great but it did come with some scratches on the keyboard overall really good. Although there are battery issues overall a good laptop
