    It is similar to Akira but not nearly as good. Mix of Akira, Tekkonkinkreet and Romeo and Juliet. Super being unaware of his abilities is hunted down by a Secret Agency.

    When animation is done right it becomes compelling entertaining enjoyable and oh so satisfying. We need more movies that does not talk down to audience.
