We upgraded from our 10 yo Samsung tv. This tv is so far ahead of what we had. Beautiful picture. But, the sales people never showed us the other features. We are so happy with this purchase. We can effortlessly access streaming, music, and personal pictures. Like watching a movie in a theater.

Geek-squad service was both efficient and quality-oriented for our final system installation. We had done the in-wall and in-ceiling work in advance; and labeled the wiring. Mike did very neat final wiring and bundles to selector, receiver, CD changer, TV, DVR, etc. in cabinet. And had a good ear for system quality and balance.

We had two 50 and two 65 inch TVs installed on the walls and they guys did a great job of getting them up and running. They were professional and pleasant. First installer did "smaller" TVs then other guy came to help with larger ones. SOOOOO glad we did not attempt to do this ourselves!

At first I was excited about the install but then when I see how Best Buy misguided me on what they do and don't do I was irritated. I was told they would do the electrical install and wire rear speakers and run wired in the attic. They do not do electrical work other than plugging in the equipment. The ended up using a wireless devise the connected my rear speakers to the receiver. I have noticed at times a sudden split second mute in Audio (I'm not sure if that's a delay in the speakers or something else). They didn't go into the attic rather snaked wires about ceiling and cut out dry wall to pull down wires to feed the receiver. I had to get creative with hiding the exposed speaker wired from the 2 front towers. I am rating them at 3 out of 5 because I did get to put the install on my new card and had good finance options. But if I had to do it all over I might have had a specialty company install this set up doing all they work and would pay a little extra without the head aches. If you are on a budget they are ok.

Our installer was very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions, making sure we understood how to use our new components before he left. He also made himself available to answer any questions arising later on.

Called Geek Squad to extend my Cat 6e cables to another room. Consult was excellent and gave additional ideas to improve connectivity in house without costing anything more.

These guys were professional there were a few issues putting the speakers in the wall because of the studs but they fixed it and I was happy would use these guys again Great job
