I have been a huge Miami Vice fan since a kid watching re-runs on TNN so when this blu-ray set was released I knew I had to give it a shot. I was blown away from the pilot on at just how clean, and crisp the show is now. There was clearly a lot of time and effort put into make the show look the best it could, some episodes look so good you could almost be fooled into thinking they were filmed today! Though Vice would look better since it was shot on film vs. digital.

Michael Mann in the 1980s was definitely something special. This show changed the game and the look for NBC in the 1980s what Twin Peaks did for ABC in the 1990s. Make sure to email the Mill Bridge company that released this collection to get the replacement discs for a few discs that had terrible audio errors.

Some people said that sync between picture and sound was off. I can’t confirm this. I assume they fixed it. Obviously there was no 16:9, HD or UHD back then. So, there are black bars on the sides. Which does not bother me. There is a lot of grain in dark frames, which must have to do with the BD conversion. Not a big deal. Didn’t want to go with DVD for comparability reasons. It’s a good buy.

Pretty good on blu ray however the picture could be better like much clearer and brighter other then that it’s ok. Certain episodes tend to skip a lot also I have found out.

I finally got around to buying the series. The package arrived undamaged and on time. The Blu-Ray quality is good, nothing spectacular. Miami Vice. What else is there else to say?!?! Buy the series if you want to revisit the mid to late 1980s.

Disappointed I couldn’t find on iTunes, so I bought the complete series on blu ray. Series speaks for itself, all the great episodes! Decent picture and sound. A must if you enjoy Michael Mann/Miami Vice.... Best Buy had the best price at $50.

Classic 80's police drama set in beautiful Miami. Blu-ray's picture look pretty good and the 5.1 sound is thumping. Great music. Great Price.

Love all these fantastic old shows made it to disc format. The quality is fantastic and even if that wasn’t the case the fact that we have the chance to own these shows is lovely.

This takes me back to my 80's. All the fun I had and the Bars. I was young and had no worries. It was a BALL and this series helps me revisit a time and music that was fun.

Miami Vice was the coolest show on TV in the 80s. Every Friday night at 9:00, I knew where I would be - right in front of the television. This blu ray set looks amazing - great picture, great sound. Not a lot of extras - but that's fine. I never watch that stuff anyway.

"Miami Vice" has some clunky moments, but the modestly-priced Blu-ray version gives you video and sonic upgrades that enhance the show greatly. It's fun to catch all the up-and-coming stars and to relive the pastel fashion era. I haven't made it through all 5 seasons yet, but so far I'm very pleased. Video improves from season to season and the stereo mix on seasons 2-5 gets the job done.

Love the show and looks decent for a blu ray upgrade but not the best remaster. The audio is a big improvement with a 5.1 surround overall a nice pic up if you love the show. It’s probably the best it’s going to look.

I am and was a fan Of "Miami Vice" It was a ground breaking program about drug trafficking in and around Florida and the Caribbean. If you like cop shows, great music, fast expensive cars, speed boats, and for the guys women in little bikinis. This is worth a look.

It’s my first time viewing the series and it was not available on any type of streaming platform. Amazon was sold out and I’m pretty fond of Best Buy so I purchased here. The audio and visuals for me so far have been fine. One downside is that there is no option to have subtitles. I always watch shows with them on for preference. The packaging as some others have indicated is also not the best - each case has 4 discs in it (2 stacked on top of each other on both sides) doesn’t make sense longevity wise as when I used to take video game discs in and out of their box the inner ring would crack after wear and tear.

This blu-ray set is incredible. I can’t say enough good things about it. Best buys service getting me the set was fast and very inexpensive. I will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you Best Buy.

Great tv series from the 80’s. Crockett and Tubbs are the best team going. The chemistry is amazing and the Captain is the best.

Excellent upgrade to the viewing. The show rs like the new ones but with ratio being old style. So expect the black bars on the edges. An absolute great upgrade from regular DVD.

Good series and amazing 80’s soundtrack! So far so good on the few episodes that I started viewing. One of the great 80’s shows! Brings back a lot of memories.

This show gets taken off of streaming so often. Nobody should control when you get to hang out with these two…in the freaking 80s!

Growing up watching this show, and it’s still good, years later. Looks good on Blu-ray. Not a bad price, either.
