Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Access Bradshaw Smartwatch for its stylish design and user-friendly interface. Many appreciate its luxurious appearance and find it to be a great gifting option. However, concerns are raised regarding its battery life, compatibility issues especially for iPhone users, bulky size, occasional connectivity problems, and its weight being unsuitable for a feminine design.

Bulky and does very little. It’s pretty and you can customize the face but it’s over all close to useless.

After owning a Apple Watch the MK digital watch is really not expected. Not useful for iPhone users.

This is a beautiful watch but is kind of large. The issue is it had to be factory reset every day to receive notifications and even then it didn't always work. I returned it after 2 weeks of frustration.

    Gorgeous smartwatch

This is the first smartwatch that I have purchased, so I really don't have a frame of reference to compare to other smartwatches. I will say that in looking online this is more stylish than other smartwatches, as it really does have a classic watch look/feel to it. Michael Kors does not disappoint when it comes to style! I have owned this watch for less than a week, but it has exceeded every expectation. I have an android phone and setup was a breeze. This watch has a large face, however, would work for males and females alike. I would highly recommend this product.

    Heavy

I read reviews previously to purchasing that it was too big. I opened the box and thought, oh wow that is big! I turned it on and fell in love. It does everything my S7 does. Given there are few android "girly" watches I was ok with it being too big, up until tonight. My wrist had a slight pain, I removed the watch to find that it had bruised me and I had a red raised bumps in a circle position. Please note, the watch was loose on my wrist! The pics I took will not upload. Amazing watch but design of how big and heavy it is will not pair with a small wrist. It is designed for a man's wrist but has a girly presentation. Sadly I will be returning it.

    Great for Android

I received this as a Christmas gift and at the time I had a Samsung s7. Watch worked great with it. After a month of having the watch, I switched to an iphone 7 plus and didn't realize till about 3 weeks later that some of the features do not work with apple. You cannot answer phone calls on the watch or reply to messages on the watch with an apple device. Those features only work with an Android device. But I still over all love the watch. I get many compliments

Nice, Works Well, but Bulky On A Petite Woman

Nothing at all wrong with the performance... easy to pair, easy to use, and the functionality of the swipe and press/long press features resemble that of any touchscreen device. The only issue is that when gift giving to a smaller woman, so many links have to be taken out to fit for an accurate read when using apps that read heart rate. This watch is still too bulky & heavy for a smaller wrist, which implies it isn't good for fitness. It's pluses are the long battery life, the speaker for phone calls, and speech to text.
