Gorgeous pieces

Excellent quality. No instructions leaves you no choice but to sit "playing around" with the watch to find out what the buttons are for. This is why 1 star was deducted. What product doesn't have an illustration to show what the functions are. Overall, I am satisfied.

I'm disappointed because I love my watch but I have not been able to use it.

Unlike the apple or other smart watches, the Kors smart watch does not allow for receiving and talking directly on the watch. 2) The watch faces should have an option for online beautiful screen/scenery that pops up occasionally, subtle bragging rights. 3) The Kors watch however is very appealing, the aesthetic, very modern and sophisticated .

Nice watch but poor battery life

Starting the day with a full charge does not last beyond 10 pm. With the limited amount of features as compared to Apple Watch, I was expecting better.

The features are also good for a smart watch, but one of the most important features in smart watches is lacking. The ability to talk on the watch for voice dial. with other smart watches one can make calls and talk on the watch, but MK's does not. My wife actually returned it because of this.
