Bought for my mom as a gift. She loves it! Very elegant piece. Excellent quality. No instructions leaves you no choice but to sit "playing around" with the watch to find out what the buttons are for. This is why 1 star was deducted. What product doesn't have an illustration to show what the functions are. Overall, I am satisfied.

I loved this watch when I first got it but now it lags a lot and the battery dies and I have not even had it for a year yet. I'm disappointed because I love my watch but I have not been able to use it.

it is slow, difficult to handle and tedious to set up

Easy to set up and very chic! Absolutely love this watch! My wrist is very small and this watch is a great size. I never liked the square-faced smart watch, love my iPhone, and needed a solution. This watch has been PERFECT!!

Great watch but only the battery lasts little, less than a day

3 stars because its all pretty and fancy looking but the set up is a bit complicated and the touch sensor seems to get stuck and it TOOK ALLOT ALLOT OF PATIENCE TO SET MY WATCH UP specialy to have it connected to my social media account

This was a gift for my sisters birthday and she was so excited when she got it. I loved ghe pink band and just the overall look if it. She said it was easy to set up and works great!

1. Unlike the apple or other smart watches, the Kors smart watch does not allow for receiving and talking directly on the watch. 2) The watch faces should have an option for online beautiful screen/scenery that pops up occasionally, subtle bragging rights. 3) The Kors watch however is very appealing, the aesthetic, very modern and sophisticated .

The item works very well and is definitely worth the money, I got it on sale on a deal of the day.

This watch looks nice, however the battery life was much worse than expected. Starting the day with a full charge does not last beyond 10 pm. With the limited amount of features as compared to Apple Watch, I was expecting better.

Not good for talking and not as good as samsung or apple watch

The design of the watch and is. The features are also good for a smart watch, but one of the most important features in smart watches is lacking. The ability to talk on the watch for voice dial. with other smart watches one can make calls and talk on the watch, but MK's does not. My wife actually returned it because of this.

Mother loved it, setup instructions were confusing

Works better with an android. If you are use to apple products and want full use of it, this may not be the best choice. I just used it for alerts and basic functions so I was satisfied!
