Good watch, fast shipping. Had a difficult time setting up to iPhone but we got it figured out. 1 month and still going strong.

Got this for my wife on Dec. and it's having trouble pairing with the Samsung A51. Pretty much a paper weight at the moment until maybe some upgrade will be done on the watch.

it is a great watch that my wife loves. I am glad I got this on black friday.

The Michael Kors smartwatch is cool, as its both stylish and modern looking! This watch has a display which is customizable, and there are plenty of choices for even the most demanding consumer. With the turn of your wrist, the display of your watch comes to life, otherwise your display is a jet black and is in the off position. You will probably wish to charge your watch prior to using for the first time. A charger does not come standard with this device, but it does come with a charging cable that enables you to plug into a USB charger. When I first put the watch onto its quick charging pad (you guessed it), I laid the watch on the cradle upside down. The charging cable is magnetic and has a contact which has to physically make contact with your watch. Do ensure you lay your watch on the quick charge pad correctly otherwise it will never charge. Battery life of a smartwatch is always a concern. Battery depletion is quick with respect to this watch but that's to be expected. After all, the size of your battery is relatively small. There are ways to extend the life of your battery and one should consider using any and all of them. The good thing about this smartwatch is that it has a quick charger. The initial pairing to my iPhone XS was smooth and effortless, but that was the first and only time my phone stayed connected through my Bluetooth. During several days of testing and use of this product, I found that the watch failed to stay connected with my IPhone. The connection was continually dropped even when my phone was only within inches of the watch. No matter what course of action that I took, i.e. restarting, reconnecting, etc, the watch failed to stay connected. I did some research on the problem, and concluded that other iPhone users were experiencing this malady. The watch has three buttons. The bottom button enables your fitness mode. You should know that your fitness information is made known to Google. Google fit tracks your steps, records your heart rate, and calculates the number of calories burned during your exercise routine or workout. No privacy here. The remaining two buttons will allow you to check on your local weather, use the flashlight app (not overly bright), view your appointments, alarm access, and a range of other applications. You can set your phone for news, emails, phone calls, and basically mirror your phones notifications. Item description of this Michael Kors product indicates that an owners manual is included. The supplied brochure (I certainly don't want to call it an owners manual) has safety instructions, health precautions, and warranty information. There is no mention of operating instructions in this manual. You will have to Google the information as to the operation of your watch. The Quick Start Guide shows step 1, Charge and Power on. Step 2 indicates download Wear OS by Google and follow pairing instructions. That's the entire Quick Start Guide.. I did experience lag time between swiping motions and response of programs on this watch. Swiping actions didn't translate into a quick response and makes the user re-swipe the command even though the watch may be responding to the initial swipe. This was annoying to say the least. I must admit the Michael Kors smartwatch has a modern sporty look, high tech gadgetry, and decent pricing, however I was very unhappy with its operation or lack thereof. Responsiveness fell a short and connectivity remains an issue. I am surprised as to the operation and shortcomings of this product, as I am owner of another Michael Kors smartwatch that I have had for around 7 months which I have had no problems with. Perhaps a pushdown of software may solve the problems with my new product.

Well it was nice until i turned it on and doesnt connect to my phone reset it 4 times reset my phone deleted the app redownloaded nope

This Micheal Kors Watch is a Gift by my Sister to me Before Valentine . Its Been 2 years Now It still Luks As Sweet 16 ....

I purchase this for my husband, but he didn't like the fact that it was a little small for hes wrist. So i gave the watch to my daughter which she liked. Overall this is a good watch, but for men they should make it a little big for the watch and the wristband.

I was looking for functions purchasing this watch, like calls, text, etc. Comfort wasn't on the list, because I hadn't thought of it. Sometime I don't feel it on my wrist.

stylish and useful... i like it ... comfortable and looks like a regular watch... changing the face is very easy... and monitoring stats via the watch or an app... very easy

Overall it's a good watch and it does everything you need...but it's not waterproof enough. Sooner or later It needs to be replaced because of it

This was a nice watch. I'm sorry that we couldn't get everything to work and the battery died and it never recharged again. I'm thankful that the manager saw that I had several problems with it and I stayed out of town and I had given the watch as a gift. He let me exchange for something else.

According to the packaging this watch is supposed to stay charged for 5 days' however, it only stays charged for 24 hours. Very disappointmented in this. If you do not mind charging everynight, the watch is perfect.
