The family plan is a good plan if you have a large family each with a laptop and who need all the features the MS365 provides. For us, who use only 3 of its components, on possibly 2 laptops, it’s a little too much. But the other packages are there in case we need it. Also, we did get a rebate making it cheaper than the MSOffice version. I hate it is only a 1 year subscription- unlike in the old days when it was almost “lifetime”. MS stop being greedy

I use apple phones. At work we use microsoft. Love the ability to use 365 on my apple phone. Love the cloud ability to get all files anytime anywhere. I prefer this over google. But use both google and outlook for emailing. Microsoft Teams is great and I love the To Do list.

I am having issues with opening up my Microsoft 365 Family Applications from the information that I transferred from the external hard drive from my old laptop to my new laptop. I have reached out for help but the geek technician wasn't able to access my new laptop. I tried to reach out to Microsoft to speak with a live person, but you cannot talk to no one. I really need help with being able to open up my documents.

The Microsoft 365 is great since you can upload to 5 PCs/Macs and tablets. Easy to download and install too. Can't get any simpler than that! I like the fact that it allows a yearly subscription in case you only need the program for that year. It's also nice to always have the most current versions available. Good selection of most commonly used programs too.

Love all the features and functionality! Plus family gets to enjoy also on their 5 other devices .

Does everything I need it to do. I shared it with my family and everyone installed it with no issues. Great product. Highly recommend

It is a very good product for small or medium organizations

This family 365 allows me to have 6 persons in my household to be on it for a year. What a deal. I have many kinds of computers in the hose and it is one size for all. Doesn't matter what kind of computer you have. I will continue to purchase this product

Very easy to set up got it at a great price runs very good

Microsoft 365 is an easy program to install and share with other family members. I have not updated my Office Apps in several years and I am very pleased with some of the stream lined functions. I can add up to six people to this one purchase.

Microsoft 365 is perfect for our family. It has Word, PowerPoint and other software that we use daily. Great for our needs and easy to navigate.

The family edition for Microsoft is a great way to stay current on the program and it lets you remove a spot as needed. This is really good if you replace your computer. This was always an issue as you were out of luck.

Love this product, have been using it for years. You can use the family version to allow other family members to have the same great experiences you have with this product. Would recommend to all and you get the automatic updates for free.

I had my doubts about "renting" software. After some consideration it is almost a break-even deal when you consider having to buy a new version of Office about every three years. You automatically get the newer vesion when it is released, for the same prive.
