This was a great buy, if you need extra space this is it, easy to plug in and install.

The device is very easy to install, and was less expensive than the 320g version. It came formatted for the x-box 360 and required no time to locate. I was able to move data from 3 USB drives. Games that require an internal hard drive larger than the 4g that comes with the x-box are now playable. Remember that X-box 360 games will not work on X-Box one- I highly recomend this product to extend the life cycle of the investment in a 4g 360.

I purchased Xbox 360 for daughter at Christmas and didn't realize that it did not have a big enough hard drive. We got this the next morning and popped it right in without problem and she was all set! Just wish I had known earlier before I bought the Xbox (4 gb) on Black Friday.

Upgraded from a 250GB drive. If replacing a drive, you'll need to get your hands on a transfer cable too. However, as far as the drive itself goes, it is easy to install and recognized by the system without issue. Pretty simple, this provides plenty of space for your games.

being a tech. novice, I was hesitant to order something like this online. I had never added memory or speed to any device before. The instructions were simple, and the installation was fast. Check which XBox1 version you have before ordering as there are several.

My teenage son wanted, no NEEDED this! So because he's a great kid who works hard at school, we got it for him. He loves it. Please don't ask me why, because I don't use it, but ALL the kids have this and apparently, it's needed at some point in time. lol

Like many others, when we purchased our Xbox, we didn't know that additional things like this were an option or that they would be required to play certain games. Best Buy gave us a good price on this item and it has really enhanced the performance of the Xbox.

My 10 year old came and said he couldn't do anything else with his xbox cause the mmemory was full looked online at bestbuy and found this expansion ordered it 2 days later had it opened the side poped it it 30 seconds later done couldn't have been easier

I needed a hard drive to play some original Xbox games so after doing a lot of research I got really confused and chose to go with the cheaper purchase first by buying a knock off that DID NOT play original Xbox games! So eventually I decided to buy the real thing from Microsoft and it works great! All the original games I wanted to play worked so even though this product is highly over priced I am glad I purchased it!

My son needed additional storage on his xbox. He knew he wanted a hard drive-we went to the store, explained what we needed, and found the hard drive immediately. It worked perfectly and he has more than enough storage for all of his games.

Purchased for our XBox. Provides the extra storage for certain games. Very easy to install.

My son needed this because he plays a lot of Call of Duty games. He most recently the game Titan Fall and we could not play the game without it. Best thing is he can remove it and take it with him to his friends house.

My Xbox 360 slim came with the 250 fb hard drive. This is a great upgrade with all the variety of 360 games still available in store and on the marketplace.
