I really dig the Arc Mouse. I now have five. One for each Surface Pro and laptops. It is the only mouse that I use. I have two black Arcs with USB Bluetooth links, and for the Surface Pros, a grey one, a red one and this ice blue.
Life is good.

Pretty cool mouse. All except the click part is rubberized. The body is straight. You bend it until it clicks in place to turn the mouse on then straighten it to turn it off. Beautiful color most photos do not do the Poppy Red color justice. The colors are a matte look. The bend of the mouse has a nice comfortable feel in my small palm.

Ease of use and ergonomical. It is a little pricy though but has dropped down in price since I purchased it in October. Charges with physical batteries. Not plug in to charge like Magic Mouse by Apple

The soft rubber part is coming off in two different places. I have only had the mouse for 10 months. The warranty doesn't cover this, even though the product includes a one-year warranty.

Love that it matches my Surface.
Love that it flattens when shut off. Great for travel!
Wish the top was a touch pad - that would make it Awesome!
The sliding motion on the desk is touchy- it could run quite a bit more smoothly.

I've been using the Microsoft Surface Arc Mouse for several months now, and it's become my go-to travel companion. The first thing that strikes you is the design - it's absolutely gorgeous. The slim, flat profile means it slips into my laptop bag without adding any bulk, which is a game-changer for someone who's constantly on the move.
The snap-to-curve feature is brilliant. You literally just bend it into an arc shape to turn it on, and it becomes surprisingly comfortable to use. When you're done, flatten it back out and toss it in your bag. It's one of those features that seems gimmicky until you actually use it, and then you wonder how you lived without it.
The scroll wheel took a bit of getting used to - it's a touch-sensitive strip rather than a traditional wheel - but now I actually prefer it. The tactile feedback is satisfying, and it works smoothly whether I'm scrolling through documents or web pages. The BlueTrack technology works on virtually any surface, including my glass coffee table, which my old mouse struggled with.
Battery life has been excellent. I'm getting several months out of the two AAA batteries, and the ambidextrous design means I can hand it off to my left-handed coworker without any issues.
Is it perfect? Not quite - the touch scrolling can occasionally be oversensitive, and it's pricier than basic mice. But for professionals who value portability without sacrificing functionality, this mouse is absolutely worth it. It's become an essential part of my mobile setup.

Great mouse to use with traveling because it is slender when not in use and ergonomically curved when in use. Bluetooth connection is consistent. Right button, left button, and scrolling functions are comparable with bulkier mouse that don’t travel as well or need a separate usb transponder.

It took two tries to find that worked well with my Surface Pro 8. Well, almost worked. Using a mouse-centric app like MS Solitaire, the mouse would occasionally (as in every minute or so) seemingly disconnect. Closing then opening it got it to work until the next time. Apps less mouse-centric fared better. It seems to be the Surface/Surface mouse combo, as the mouse works as expected with another desktop computer.
I also miss the haptic feedback from the "wheel" that the older design had. Still love the way it flattens out to turn off.
With reservations, I do recommend this mouse because of how compact it is when flattened out = how it's turned off.

The Microsoft Arc Wireless Mouse works efficiently and links to the laptop through Bluetooth. It is easy to take it with me any where and it is very convenient.
Every once in a while the right click is not responsive, however it was also bought as an open box return.
The mouse it on battery and depending on how much the mouse is being used, the battery can last a long time.

I have known about this Arc mouses for quite sometime. I have been a Logitech mouse consumer for over 12 years. I about a new laptop and decided, the mouse I had for over 6 years needed to be updated. I ran into the Surface Arc again and I always felt it was rather just a novelty mouse. I mean, it can turn on and off by arching it and flattening it. But, I just couldn't justify the pricing of this mouse. I've used it for just under two weeks and I have to say that his is by far the best mouse I have ever used. The pairing and remaining connected is excellent. The way to turn it on and off was good to finally experience and is a great feature.
I have read where it says, it can take some time to get use to. I found it easy to use right out the box with no real acclamation period. Easy to set up and to adjust the settings in Windows 11. Very lightweight and comfortable in my palm. Nice soft material and a smooth scrolling experience. Microsoft is a software company, and I don't buy their computers because that is just not who they are nor is it their specialty.
However, I will say that they made a mouse product that is well worth it has the price point. I am extremely satisfied with with purchase and I would highly recommend using this Surface Arc Wireless BlueTrack.

Love this mouse. I have had one for 3 years now, my husband just purchased this as he loves mine. They can be pricey, but often certain colors are on sale. The Battery life, connection speed, portability and "no lag" are one of the best we have used. We are both on our computers 24/7; highly recommend.

I travel pretty regularly as a part of my job and do my best to limit how much I bring with me; especially as space comes at a premium when traveling with a suit or 2. I have big hands and can't use the small travel mouses and I really disliked putting up with the bulkiness of normal sized mouses; enter the Surface Mouse!
This thing is so easy to travel with, and I haven't had any lag issues with it so far. In addition, the fact that it uses Bluetooth and doesn't take up the 1 USB port I have is another giant plus.
I can relate to some of the complaints regarding right clicks requiring you take your pointer finger off the mouse, but all it takes is a slight adjustment period. However, I find that the benefits of having a mouse that acts as a track pad, while also functioning as a normal mouse, far make up for this slight inconvenience.
Personally, my only complaint is the scrolling; I find that the mouse will often zip past the option I want to choose when trying to use a drop down menu. I also have had some issues when playing games, such as Civilization, as the mouse will pick up involuntary movements of my fingers and take me flying across the map when I didn't intend it.
Overall, this is a solid mouse that does what I need it to do. I feel that the benefits far outweigh the minor detractors. I would highly recommend this to anyone who travels a lot and is looking to pack light without sacrificing comfort or performance.

I like this mouse very much! It is easy to use, flattens out, takes up little to no space, feels nice to touch, amd moves effortlessly. Although it can be synced to multiple devices, I like to match the colors to my surface devices. Also, the battey life is very long. Great product.
