I am begging you to never buy this laptop. I switched over from Mac for the computing quality, but it was definitely a mistake. First, it's evident Microsoft doesn't care about design and usability, but they certainly don't care about the quality of performance either. It crashes all the time and has many unreasonable bugs where the keyboard will stop working, the screen will flip, and I can't click on my user icons. It can't keep a wifi connection for more than 30 minutes. It also cracked after a week of having it, and it was just sitting on my desk. Absolute garbage computer, and I am so upset that it is cracked because now I can't trade it in. If you're going to switch from Mac for Microsoft, don't. The worst day with my Macbook is better than my best day with this trash.
