Controller seems to be in good shape from the look but several buttons stick making it tough to use

Love the controller but I will need to return it. The top right button does not work well and the right joystick is not calibrated properly causing a slight drift in games. It’s supposedly refurbished, but I don’t believe it was tested well enough. Disappointed to say the least.

I had to order a second one of these because the first one did not work. Well, the second one did not work either. I returned them both. Also on a side note even though the web site does not tell you and looks they do. They do not come with any of the extras. I would recommend making a disclaimer on products like this. Also, you might want to test them.

I don't put a whole lot of trust in "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" so I'd pay a couple dollars more and get the retail version.

Refurbished product came bubble wrapped and stuffed into a box, but other than that it looked like new when I pulled it out. No issues with any button responsiveness, has the look and feel of a brand new controller.

This is my favorite xbox controller. It’s has a rubber texturized surface underneath it making it very comfortable over some of the other ones. It looks cool to and is my favorite color.

My kids love it. It works great. They really love it that it is Fortnite related. Plus it was a great deal for being refurbished.

I had some doubts about a refurbished controller but I’m glad I purchased it . Not only did it save me some cash but it works just as well as a brand new one

Sometimes I think it's just passing gas... but every time this controller rumbles... it affects my bowels!

It's practically brand new. I use it as a dedicated controller for my android phone so I can play Doom 2 on my lunch break. No complaints.

I actually did not know I purchased a refurbished remote and this was a great mistake. I am very happy and it works like new!

Control thumb sticks are out of calibration and move on their own. Horrible practice to resale defective items to loyal customers and make them jump through hoops to return/refund.
