The unit came well packaged with no issues. Good overall condition. The cost is good for the pre-owned aspect. No instructions were included, so there was some trouble getting the unit up and running. (Kinect system had to be connected to turn the system on) But, overall an excellent purchase.
The One system itself could have a better OS, but it is what it is.

Bought XBox one with kinect for my son as christmas gift. When we plugged in to TV and powered it up, it crashed and ask me to do system update. When I buy $400 worth system I expect things to work first time but I guess that is too much to ask from Microsoft product.
