I needed a good gift to give my girl-friend's daughter who is now just out of college. She was constantly playing on my Xbox which wasn't a problem but sometimes I need to get on my computer which was tied to that screen. So getting her an Xbox as a graduation present I knew would be a home run and also get access back to my computer as needed. I looked at many places to buy and Best buy is def a place I can trust especially if I had to return in for whatever reason. I was obviously trying to get the best price and weigh the fact that it was refurbished since a cheaper Xbox Series X would be a perfect gift as she literally only plays a few games online. The package came in exactly as planned on her graduation day and she was so thrilled and excited. She plays this at minimum 3 days a week. I love my Xbox. She loves her Xbox. The case was dirty very dirty and scratched. There was a big sticker that had been ripped off and had left behind a layer of sticky glue that would not come off. The right thumbstick on the control has horrible stick drift, so I had to buy a new controller. Also, the 512GB storage isn't enough. Unfortunately, the Xbox doesn't allow for games to be loaded on external storage. On the plus side, I opted for free shipping and the package showed up about five days early. I'd say for the price it's worth it, but if I had to do it over again I'd buy a new Xbox over one that's been refurbished.

Great Xbox! Has works like new since getting it! Was clean and had no damage to it! The remote was a little beaten up but I had my own remote anyways so it wasn’t a huge deal. For the price this was worth every cent!

This was my first time buying a refurbished product since way back in 2010. I’ve had bad experiences with other companies so i was reluctant this time around. I’ve had this product for a few weeks now and so can happily say that I’ve had no issues, save for very minor warping of the included HDMI cable. I had to do my own cleaning of the controller but any dirt that remained from the company cleaning it was minimal, just some very fine details. Overall, a good alternative if you don’t wish to purchase a full price Xbox Series S/X

Best Xbox I’ve ever gotten, very compact and easy to carry around. I had this SSD you can plug into the back for more storage. Very easy to use and it works great!

I would say that this item is more than quality, very satisfied with this item. I doubt it for a minutes to buy this item. Because I don't like to buy used things or items. But it worth it because it works more than fine it works perfectly. I recommend to you items like the one I'm talking about. Try

So far, it seems to work great. Knocked off a star because I already have to take the controller in for repairs, as the stick drift is awful.

xbox was great looked and worked new would recommend if that was what your looking for, can be little more expensive than other markets

Came a little dirty, nothing that some disinfectant wipes, rubbing alcohol, and some qtips can’t fix. However, I did end up buying my own controller out of personal preference (a used controller is more personal than a console). The only console I had prior to buying was a Nintendo switch and really wanted to upgrade. Buying this console was perfect for me cause it was affordable and all the games I wanted to play that I couldn’t on switch are all available to me now. Overall, great purchase.

Honestly was a bit worried about buy a refurbished system, but I went ahead and bought it. The system was clean and couldn't tell ot wasn't new. Works like a charm. I'm very please witht he console.

We bought the refurbished xbox for the price. It's in great condition. Runs smoothly, no dents or dings. We've had it for over a month no and zero problems. Really happy with the purchase for the price.

Got as a gift for my little cousin. He loves it a lot. Perfect gift for teens.

We are happy with the performance of the Xbox, so far. My only complaint was that the power cord that came with it was not the correct cord. It wasnt a bog deal because we happened to have an extra cord that would work, but still. It should come with the correct power cord.

A few scratches on the console but nothing major, controller was like new and everything worked with no issues. The console as a whole is great game pass is really where it's at and quick resume is great.

This Xbox shows no signs of being refurbished, it works great and was easy to set up. The included controller was also in perfect condition and ready to use.
