    The console worked but the included controller was a generic not OEM and would not pair. I tried pairing it with another known good controller and it was fine. Tried pairing the included controller with my other xbox and that also failed. Geek squad said to return the whole system. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    I will never order any more refurbished items from bestbuy horrible packaging. It was just thrown in a box with nothing to cushion the xbox. I wish I could give them something lower than a 1 star

    The product came with no type of protection only the game inside a carton box, which had a lot of damage scratches, and some loose parts inside. Sometimes the game doesn't work, it freezes
