Very amazing laptop. Came looking brand new with no scratches or anything annoying, wouldn’t even notice it was used before. Charger is included.

Showed up with the wrong charger so the computer shows an error message every time its plugged in. Best buy refused to give me a new charger. They sent a 39 Watt charger when this model comes from the factory with a 65 Watt charger. Wont be doing business with Best Buy anymore.

Best buy sent me a refurbished labtop (no box, no instructions). There is nothing on the website saying this is refurbished when you go to order it. I had to copy, paste and then search this on google to find this information out. Misleading sales tactics so this is a 1 star automatically.
