Customers enjoy the ease of use and the inclusion of Outlook and other applications like Word and Excel. Many appreciate the reasonable price and the software's compatibility with various operating systems. Positive feedback also highlights the straightforward installation process and the overall performance. However, some customers express a preference for a one-time purchase over a subscription model and note the absence of Publisher in this particular package.

Works great and easy to put on my surface. Would like to have publisher as this is not part of the one I purchased but everything works great.

Very simple to install, and almost as easy to use. All of the features that you came to know as an older user of the Microsoft Office Suite are now improved.

Had to get used to windows10 versus windows7 - the office product I mainly use is excel, word and email. Very pleased with the product.

Microsoft Office has made great strides in the last few years. The UI has improved significantly making it good looking and as always it best at what it does best. Recommended for any in school or running a business or working somewhere.

I bought a new desktop and had to buy office 2016 since I didn't have any more downloads left on my previous Office version. I hate the fact you have to pay more than previous versions and you get less. Previous versions you got three downloads, upgrade all my computers, and you get less, used to get Publisher with Office, now you have to buy the Bigger version to get it. My work computer at home will continue to use the old office because I'm not buying another download.

Office 2013 and beyond are a little overkill on the graphics side if ask me, as I still use 2010 office, but this is all that you can buy now and needed it for an co-worker PC. Works fine and more difficult to install now with the account and streaming downloads.

I am just now starting to get familiar with the program, as I had just begun to get familiar with 2013, but there are a few areas where I have liked the improvements over 2013. I used 2003 Office for many years, but I had not noticed that 2003 had become quite dated, and not kept up with the times. It is good to know Microsoft has done their part to present us with a more modern general office program. One of my family members is locked in to Office 2007, and when I tried to look into that, I could not stand that program, so I am quite thankful for 2016 NOW

Office was really easy to install. I was installing on a new desktop for one of my retail stores running Windows 10. It had all of the necessary tools for our business application plus we got a decent deal on it when we purchased a computer with it.

In changing from Vista 7 to a new Dell WIN 10, the old WPS, WPD, and XLR documents cannot be read on the new computer. Should not this have been done by the techs? I have to have these old files.
Other than that, everything else was ok.

So glad I went into Best Buy to talk with sales tech about Office options. We were under the impression we had to do a yearly lease option and were delighted to learn that this one time purchase option was available. This works better for us!

An Office 365 subscription didn't seem worth it. With the subscription my files would be held hostage if the subscription would stop. The files would be available for reading but not editing. Personally I thought it wasn't worth it to be completely up to date on every version right away. This version seemed like the best choice. It's annoying that it's about $100 extra for Outlook but it is a needed program. All the features seem great and functional. It's great for a new PC but doesn't seem compelling as an upgrade.

I've upgraded from 2010. This version has some extra bells and whistles to the old version but didn't have to relearn anything.

We have all used MC Office for years now. This latest version of 2016 is not very different from the 2013 version. I do prefer it to the MS Office 365 which is subscription based and I have little use for the extra licenses on other machines. The setup of emails on outlook has improved quite a bit in this version. Everything seems to be working fine an no issues yet. Best Buy did price match a local Warehouse Store and I appreciate that because the service at Best Buy for all things electronic can't be beat. Thank you Best Buy!

Needed for my home office. Decided to buy vs license and it's Microsoft so how can you go wrong unless you lose your registration number. Just sign up for the registration and Microsoft will always keep track of your access number.

I have used Microsoft Office for years and find it generally reliable. Office Home and Business 2016 continues the trend. I like that it is very similar to the Office 2013 I have on my office computer.

If you don't want to mess with the cloud this is your only option evidently. The one positive is Outlook connected to my Exchange servers remotely easier on 2016 than 2013 did.

I have been a Microsoft Office user both at work and at home for many years now. Outlook is a great email product and I use excel for just about everything that I need for my financial needs.
