Although it may seem a bit pricey, Microsoft's office software is functional, slick and easy to use. However, not many improvements over the 2013 version.

All the product key cards come in the same orange color so that was a bit confusing for me to distinguish immediately between Home /Student and Home / Business. I wish they were two different colors. 5 stars if the physical cards were different colors. Outlook is a must for me so it made this purchase a no brainer for me. Installation was easy and quick!

It's Microsoft office, everyone knows it has strengths and short comings. Up to you to decide if you want to go off the grid and get something else.

Esay to install. Some programs took a long time to download. Has the programs I need to run an effective business.

I found that the programs were easy to get loaded to the laptop with the potential exception of Outlook. For Outlook, I was looking to connect my gmail account to Outlook as I can't stand the format of gmail. I found a solution that walked me through the process easily once I searched online. After that, it has worked very well.

I used Outlook for over 15 years, on the job. I believe it is one of the best email programs out there. It is very easy to use.

I needed home office good price and they installed it for me. Easy program to use. Will continue to buy products from Best Buy.
