Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, affordable price, and the inclusion of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Many appreciate the software's compatibility and performance. Some users wish for the inclusion of Outlook and Publisher, and note that this is an older version without automatic updates. The lack of Outlook is a frequently cited drawback.

Office is an excellent software to allow access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote with a click of my mouse. There could be no easier way to access these tools for my work and home projects.

    Microsoft Office - Reliable, Efficient

Office 2016 Home & Office offers basic office software's suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Having tried several Office programs, nothing comes close. I got both this and the Office 365. In my opinion, Office 365 is better. It offers more programs Outlook, Skype, Access, etc. Even better, you get free updates ... so you know you'll always have the latest software installed.

    Phenomenal Software Suite

Office 2016 improves on 2013 (already a great suite) in nearly every way. If you're buying a Windows machine, I don't see how you can not purchase this alongside it. Word is hands down the best and most versatile document software out there, Excel is the best spreadsheet software on the market, and I couldn't imagine life without PowerPoint or OneNote. You won't regret the purchase.

I had the office software on my tower which includes Word, Exel, PowerPoint, etc. we use a lot of Exel spreadsheets for estimates and Word for documents. They offer 2 different deals. One is $99 every year, or buy it outright for $149. If you are like me and keep your computer for years, you will want to spend the extra $49.

    Microsoft Office...The Standard

I use word and powerpoint, so I needed this. The up side-it's everything you expect from Microsoft. Intuitive, no brainer for lots of stuff. The bad side...I think the older powerpoint had more background options. Plus I didn't realize that I bought the package that only allowed one computer. I should have bought the upgrade...but still a good deal.

This MS office product is more than capable of providing basic functions in Word, Excel, and others. As with any updates, some features take some getting used to, but for the most part, the functionality and such remain the same and make for producing high quality documents.

Its MS office, latest version, great features, just have to get used to some nuances. Cant go wrong with this buy. Brought a 1-time student version which has the basics, Excel, Word, PPT and OneNote. I have not tried out OneNote, but plan to do that in the future.

Great product to fit the basic needs of Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. This is the best option in my opinion because you don’t have to keep paying a subscription fee.

I needed Excel and Word (later got Access online). They are all great products. Fortunately, Microsoft is not charging as much as they used to for these products. I did not buy the subscription because I don't need a new version every year and I intend on keeping on the same machine for years to come. More cost effective to buy it.

Easy to install. I would have preferred an actual key instead of a scratch off portion of the card. This Office 2016 is working good with no problems. I recommend this product.

The Geek squad downloaded this on the computer. The software does as expected and as described by Best Buy Sales personnel. It encompasess Excel and Word. It does not include Access and Publisher. But as a retired person, I know longer need those features. So I saved money per the advice of Best Buy Personnel.

Nice Enhancements to Office, Missing Access

I've been pleased with this version of Office. Word and Excel are very familiar from my Office 10 experience. Powerpoint is handy to have. Haven't quite understood the purpose of Note yet, but will give it some tries. I really miss Access. While I don't use it as much as before, it was a really handy tool. MS seems to be trying to kill Access anyway, so maybe I'm better off without it. I did NOT want to get into annual renewals with Office365.
