Holy moly I cannot believe the unbelievable amount of storage I have in this thing as soon as I powered it up and connected it to the internet one whole terabyte was instantly taken up by all the free games Xbox Live gave me and the ones I already own anyone who buys a one terabyte I feel bad for you because this one is a two terabyte and it's a shame they don't make them anymore but mine has a many year warranty so at least I squeezed through on that one

Unit was good as new. XBOX one was great. Only thing was that was hoping would interface with AV receiver. Wanted to interface with Alexa and couldn't. Voice control on xbox doesnt really work for controlling TV channels. Is the best way to get Amazon, Youtube, and Netflix 4k programming

I got a refurbished Xbox One for a really good price. I'm mainly using it as a UHD Blu Ray Player, and it's great. I'm not much of a game, but occasionally will play a little Ori.

Quality of gaming resolution is great graphics and picture is very nice plus the online features added a nice touch.

I went for this console specifically for the 2 TB of storage and have been very pleased with extra space.

Had an Xbox, upgraded to the one for the 4K capabilities. Best Buy happened to have a refurbished 2 gb version and I was bit worried about it being refurbished, it's worked very well and we love the video quality

Purchased this to replace my old Xbox One. Bought a 4K TV and wanted the best graphics. This made everything look so much crisper and better.

So much more storage than our first Xbox One!!! Very pleased with the look of this one, you can barely tell that it is a refurbished unit!

Although labeled as refurbished it otherwise appears like new. No blemishes of any kind. 3 weeks later still runs perfectly.

Upgraded from the Xbox one that was great but needed more gigs so went with this great console and 4K a plus

Still trying to get used to the interface system but the games are pretty good so far. it's nice it has a 4k player and got it at an amazing price. finally playing gears of war.

Buy the package with an extra game or an extra TB... I'll take the extra TB thank you very much.

It's a deal because you get the game console AND Hi-Def BluRay in one box. I'm a senior citizen and this is my first video game console. So, learning how to run the controller has been challenging, but that's about me, not the Xbox. I found some great titles like Unravel and Ori, for the Xbox, but I wish there were more exploration and adventure games. The FPS and military games are not for me.

I really should've waited for the new model to come out later in the year. You actually have to download a driver for the blue ray player to work, that actually sucks up some of your storage and takes quite awhile to download. But it does have great hd graphics.

My beau has the Xbox elite and decided to get this one for another room and for it being refurbished works great! Didn't realize it was a refurbished since it was packaged by the manufacturer but Best Buy informed us it has the same warranty as a normal one.

Decided to update from Xbox One OG to Xbox One S console Graphics are good I'm not thinking the same thing I shouldn't even spent the extra money. It's a refurbished console so should be in good shape. Overall Good Console cons of the console push button looks very cheap

I was leery about getting a refurbished console, but so far I have had zero problems with it. Made the price better, as well.

I had an original Xbox one and got this and you can definitely tell a difference. It’s an amazing console, the fact that it has 2TB is great. Love it.

Performs excellently. Multitasking on one console. I turn on Pandora and play games without a wrinkle. This is my next step from original . Love it.

I got this to add to my setup. Way better deal than an Xbox one x.
