My daughter says that she likes the portability of the unit and that she can do all the things she does on her base computor.

Nice weight to it and has USB and a memory slot can't go wrong.

Learning all the pokes, prods, swipes etc. is very cumbersome and hard to remember. Had trouble with some downloads. and sometimes slows down. But when it runs, the apps are cool and productive, which is what we were looking for.

This is a good notebook and a good tablet. Very light weight and if you get the keyboard, the keyboard makes a nice cover.

I wanted something light weight that had a screen big enough to see without my glasses that I could carry when traveling.

Overall a great tablet that can reduce many people's need for a laptop. Apple's tablets are better if you can afford the extra cost, but if not you won't be disappointed with this purchase.

We got the Surface RT for my daughter to bring to school. She absolutely loves it! It's small but powerful. It's so much better than her old laptop. She uses it all the time and really enjoys it!

The Surface is phenominal. Microsoft needs to complete the 8.1 software application as the preview edition does not offer "Help". Sales associates correctly push the keyboard attachment however, a mouse is absolutely required. Overall quite compeative in the tablet market.

This is a great product. I purchased it for around $150 from Best Buy on Black Friday. Definitely worth the money. Anyone who is familiar with Windows products will have no problem with this tablet. The speed is great and the capabilities are nice. It also comes preloaded with Microsoft Office. For the price, this is an unbeatable product.

The table is far better than any product in its class. It can become a easy to carry work horse for productivity. Once you become accustom to Windows 8 your table can become a primary tool to achieving everyday tasks. With full Office suite included it's a no brainier.

It's first tablet I have bought as am a "senior" and have spent time researching what to buy, but was not wanting an ipad. It's easy to use. Although didn't come with a how to book, lots of information available via internet on different questions I had on how to use

I like it better than my ipad mini which is of a similar price. The PC interface is more comfortable for me. The keypad is a great accessory. I like how office is included with it.

Got this for my 13 year old son. It was offered at a great price after black Friday. It is easy to use on a daily basis for surfing the internet. Also he can do homework on this tablet without buying an extra program. Also want to mention that the sales person at the best buy was so nice and helpful when I came in to buy this tablet.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied. I gave my daughter my Ipad and went with this product mainly because of Windows@. I wish it were about 100.00 dollars less, but it may come down later..like the Ipads. I wish there were more tablet sleeve options as I do not want to buy the keyboard. I need the portability. It does everything I need and does have quite a few apps as well...some free!

I love this device. This is the best Tablet on the market bar none, except for the Surface Pro of course. The user interface is smooth, responsive and perfect for multi-tasking. The construction is very durable as well as streamlined and sleek. The ability to use many applications and manage my life and not have to install 3rd party applications to view Office documents made the decision for me on this device. Couple of Notes: Officially the RT comes with Office 2013 Student Preview, however once you upgrade your firmware/Windows Updates, the full Student version is installed. If you need some specific features that are found in Outlook like the ability to see your team's calendar details, you will have to go with the Surface Pro instead as Outlook is not supported in this version. However, if you do not need that enterprise feature the calendar, mail, contact application are all amazing and feature rich.

Right choice for me as I use Microsoft office products on the go constantly, and can also easily surf, watch movies, etc. It does all my ipad can do, and can step in as my pc. Bye bye ipad!

Got the Surface for my 16 year old daughter so she she could have her very own "computer" that she is able to take to school with her, take notes, save her documents, yet be able to print directly from it without having to save somewhere else to then go back and print. She is able to use it as well like an iPad....music, games, apps, camera, etc. The best part...it is hers and now she doesn't tie up our home computer to do her work. Love this product.

I've been an apple user for the last 8 years. Still use my air, and my 5's. One of my biggest complaints with apple products is the functionality, can review everything, but not edit anything. The surface solves all of my problems and has been very user friendly.

Love the tablet, haven't had any problems with it. Good quality resolution, ease of use and price was nice too.
