This is a easy to use tablet, it could have a few more apps,but over all it is a very reliable and relatively inexpensive tablet.

This tablet meets all my needs and most of my wants. its super fast, has a gorgeous screen, tons of memory, and the Microsoft portfolio. For a college student and full time worker, this device is perfect.

I got this item for my daughter. She's loving it. Good l for school Power Point presentations and Word documents. Also the thumb drive capability helps data to be easily transferred.

I bought this tablet for my 16 year old son for Christmas. We had been sharing a laptop, and he really needed his own device. I got this tablet and the windows touch type keyboard case. He said it's easy to use. He's already researched and typed a paper on it.

Its the perfect tool to walk around on campus with. Its so light and your not straining your back with carrying a heavy laptop. Its super fast and I can do research and write my essay on it. I enjoy having it.

I am happy with my purchase of the surface rt as it comes with Office 2013 rt. This tablet also has very long battery life, I would feel safe to say that I get well over 10 hours. Though it may be limited as to what programs you can install on it I feel that I feel that it really does everything I need it to do and I can always fall back on my desktop. Thank you

Wonderful tablet that can be turned into a laptop with optional keyboard. The keyboard can be used as such, or closed and used as a cover, or flipped back and use the tablet as normal. One of the only tablets with a USB port!!!

All in all, the Surface RT is a great product. We use it primarily around the home, for surfing the web, looking up recipes, controlling our logitech hub, as a second screen for Xbox 360, etc. Couldn't ask for much more, especially considering how cheap they are now that the price has dropped. The only thing I would improve is the performance... certain websites with a lot of graphics, and web games especially on facebook etc tend to perform sluggishly.

This tablet is hard to work in some aspects without a keyboard or a mouse. This should be disclosed. There are limited apps available, and very few are free. There are good points, like that it has a familiar feel being Microsoft, and it comes with office products standard. It was a good value at the black Friday price.

This device is easy to use. It allows me to perform my tasks with ease. Very few problems with the hardware and operating system. Windows 8 is easier than previous tablets.

We got this tablet on Black Friday for $200. It's a good choice if you want a tablet and a laptop all in one without having to spend too much. The only thing is that I was told it can't have an external cd drive in the case you want to download something in the tablet or read what's on a disk. In that case it's limited on what you can do compared to a laptop. But having microsoft office on a tablet it's a nice feature, once again for the price.

I love this. Its super easy to use if you know about computers. I like the desktop viewing option. This comes with Microsoft word, power point, ect. I use is for both school and entertainment.

Ordered it during Black Friday as a gift, was a great way of buying instead of waiting in line at the store, but you all know that. Price was good, would buy again. My wife found it to be perfect for her, just setting it up at first is just too much. Then updates and updates, did not like the process but now is fine. My wife uses for the basics and game play, perfect for that. Recommend it to anyone looking for a solid basic tablet.

I purchased this for my son for college. I really liked that I didn't have to spend MORE money to set him up with MS office, as it comes preloaded!!! Along with "one note" and the dual cameras with split screen, he can both video his lectures AND take notes at the same time. All this, and no bulky lap top or looking for an outlet to plug into. He can just transfer anything he wants when he's back in the dorm. And it's a tablet too!!

The surface rt isn't bad if you just us it for social networking or for media. I upgraded to the surface pro so I could run all my software design apps for school. The rt is fast it transferred 5100 songs in 12 minutes. But the pro definitely has the edge between the two. More ram and a faster processor. Interface takes some getting used to, unless you already have a computer running windows 8 then its a little easier. So far great for class the key board although small is still easy to use. All in all a good buy for 600 dollars (including warranty) but if you have the money the 128 gb pro is alot more bang for your buck. I not only suggested it to a friend I bought one for my best friend.

The Surface is like the thinnest, lightest laptop you can imagine and it also works as a tablet. Bought this for my wife to work when she's out of the office and it's perfect. Comes preloaded with Office and all her files are saved to the cloud so she can work on something and then pick right up where she left off when she gets back to the office and her desktop computer. All the apps we wanted are available. Windows 8 is awesome.
