This is a very easy to use tablet. It is also easy to take with you.

The tablet is AWESOME. easier to use when working with clients on the road and ability to pop open and instantly "boot" up. Switching between app mode and desktop is a breeze and having two windows open side by side is useful.

This tablet is fully functional. Although I would have liked to upgrade to Windows 10, Windows 8.1 is actually decent on a tablet touchscreen layout. Attached keyboard accessory is nice if you purchase it.

As my iPad was two (soon to be three) generations behind the curve, I took the opportunity to trade it in for a more recent tablet. As I already had owned two prior Android tablets, I decided to try out the Surface RT. I had already installed Windows 8 on my laptop, so was familiar with using the tiles. While I did miss maybe 5 of the apps I had purchased for my iPad, I really thought about what I had used my iPad for - web browsing on the couch or on the go, reading the emails I get from work (often with attached files), and for reading e-books from different sources. The Surface RT filled all of those requirements. What is really good is the kickstand built in to the back, as I can now prop it at an angle and read at the table. I'm also appreciating the ability to take the memory card out of my phone or camera and being able to view the pictures on the Surface RT without having to use a dongle. Alternatively, I can store documents needed for my job on a MicroSD card, and insert it when I need access to them. The only major thing I can fault is that I bought towards the time when the second generation of Surface RTs should be announced.

We had an older Vista machine that had plagued us with slow performance.We went looking for something to replace it. rather than another laptop we decided to try the Surface. It soon became the most used device in a very tech savvy house. We love the way everything including the charger just connects by magnets. Great Product!!

I was looking for a more travel-friendly way to access email, internet, facebook, etc., than my 18" laptop and also a tablet that could be used for word processing on-the-go. So far this seems to meet both goals.

Easy for a novice like myself to set up and navigate. Small enough to travel with. Good screen size. Touch screen appears to be a little slow to respond and the sound quality is poor. I wish there were more Apps to choose from.

This product performs well. Limited on what you can use it for. Apps are limited and programs can't be loaded. Good for keeping notes, using on web, and checking emails.

Grteat tablet and works like a laptop with the exception of you cannot download any programs and Windows is light years behind in their app store. I love the included office suite and the sound and screen resolution are great. The touchscreen tends to lag and hang up at times, but not too big a deal.

Overall I think it's a great tablet but it does run slow sometimes. Other than that I have no complaints.

As a former iPad owner, I am thrilled to have the convertibility from tablet to "notebook" that actually interfaces easily with all the other technology I have at home and at work. Adding the keyboard has been a worthwhile extra for me. I type on a QWERTY keyboard faster than I can hunt & peck type on the screen keyboard.

I bought this as an alternative for my Android which I had been having some problems with as of late. If you are familiar with Windows 8, this tablet is awesome. Will be using this quite a bit for a new job I recently landed.

This tablet was cheap and is easy to use with some great apps. The only downfall is that you can't download just anything from the internet, only it's own windows apps.

Over All Very Happy WIth Buying This Tablet....It took me about 2 weeks to figure out what i wanted...Like If it was going to be a tablet with a USB Port and Word or a IPad just for games...as you can tell Yes My Windows Tablet Won by a long shot...lol...

I really like this tablet, I learn something new on what it can do each time I use it. It is fairly easy to use which is good for me since I'm not that good withcomputers.

It has great many features but not sure yet that is better than Ipad but it maybe because I'm a new user. Do your homework well and try using the device at the store before you purchase it. it's not as fast as I expected.

I ordered this for myself and I like it. Really easy to use and I got it at a great price, $199! I probably will go keyboardless for a while because it's half of what I paid for the laptop. Other than that, great product!

Very versatile computer with long battery life. Windows 8 confusing but easy to get to conventional desktop. Great that it has extra memory capacity. Some very interesting APPS that are extremely easy to use.
