I bought the Surface to complement my other Windows 8 PCs and Windows Phone. The integration between devices isn't perfect but work better than with other tablets. The SkyDrive integration is very useful. Also having Office added is very nice. As for the camera it not great but works well for Skype and I didn't buy the tablet to take pictures or videos.

Before I purchased my windows surface I asked the techs in Best Buy to help me compare the windows surface to the I-PAD. They told me to go with the windows surface. I purchased the surface and I am in love with this product.

From 5 to 60 years use this surface in my home. Can e used for any age and any type of work needed to be done. Bright screen, and the battery life is unbelievable. Almost a full week. Recommended this item to my friend and now he has one too.

Its good substitute for my laptop and I can carry it in my bag..what makes its worth the money too is the free office.

It's a great product for either home or business use the fact that has Microsoft office installed already is a big plus. Love the USB and micro SD card capability is amazing makes it almost a laptop. I would definitely recommend the surface.

I love using my Surface! It's so nice for class and working on the go. Perfect for student business and family use!

I like the tablet it is a great value, I only wonder if I should have gotten the bigger hard drive. The tablet has great software package and the battery lives up to the 6+ hours of use

Excellent product. The key board really is a great feature and is easier to use than a I pad.

I was going to buy an IPAD when the sales associate pointed out the Surface to me. My son had already told me about it. The associate was very helpful to show me all the things this tablet could do!!! It has features that the IPAD doesn't and the cost was the same!

I got the tablet to supplement our needs that were not met by the iPad. I was also looking for something I could do work and help keep my family organized.

I am not at all tech savvy, but learning how to use this has been quite easy. It has an excellent battery life too.

It's a tablet not an IPad. Being able to double as a laptop and a tablet is great! Just wish I had opted for a larger drive but then I can use a portable hard drive or a flash drive and that is AWESOME!

Nice small and compact way to travel and have access to emails and the internet.

It is a very nice tablet that switches easily to a laptop, convenient for travel. Variety of apps available is still a joke, but I trust that there will be many more soon. Do not like the fact that you must have xbox live account for everything music and video. Also the back camera could be better. It is amazing for skype, never have I found such a perfect device in terms of videocalls.

I really wanted to love this thing. The hardware is great, Windows 8 is pretty slick, love the kickstand. The only issue is the lack of major apps. I understand Win 8 won't have the number of apps available on Android or iOS, but there was next to nothing. Outside of Netflix and a few Office apps. The game and entertainment apps selection was terrible. I could definitely recommend this for people looking for a productive tablet, but it's lacking in the fun department.

The surface is so easy to set up and use. I also bought the keyboard which makes it even better when using as a computer.. The tablet is perfect for taking all over the house and settling in comfortable for some relaxing alone time.
