Over all this is a great product. I am a landman and work in courthouses all over the country. This has allowed me to eliminate most of what I have to lug around and with the bluetooth mouse and keyboard it is extremely functional.

The computer works fine for what I need it for - basic internet and emails. However, it didn't come with any kind of instructions, so there were some functions that were difficult to figure out. Also, sometimes something would happen on the screen and I would not know how to retrieve it.

Machine is a hybryd that can be used as a tablet or with a keyboard. No longer have to wait long periods of time after you give it a command. Great to travel with because you no longer have fight over a power hook up in airports.

I needed something small to use at home for internet, photos and office. This is small, portable and yet has a large enough screen to use even to record video and watch at home.

This is perfect for anyone in school because it has Microsoft office. It's so much more convenient than a laptop. The only other thing I don't like besides the weight is the volume. My kindle fire is much louder than the surface.

I would definitely recommend this tablet to othera. It takes getting used to the Windows 8 interface, but it is very powerful and good battery life.

I was not happy with the windows O.S. since it is quite different from my laptop and desktop. But I remind myself of the sale price I paid and smile. For use on travel to replace my heavy old laptop with windows XP. Very good for checking my email, looking up travel sites, etc. I will test it's ability to utilize resort/hotel wireless in Feb. trip. With outdated laptop I could not login to many of the wifi systems in the resorts. Hope this has a better result. Soft touch keyboard is just OK but they were sold out everywhere I searched (Christmas season).

I love the Surface, far better than the iPad (and I have one). The only problem is that there are not so many apps, but there are more a day. Love the product worth every penny

I found that over all, it was great as far as I have gone. I have been ill and really haven't had time to use it. I love the USB port. So far I LOVE IT.

it is a basic tablet, works well, but not a full function pc/tablet can't install desktop apps you might have, as processor chip is not full function. Better off getting surface pro

Easy to use. Very versatile. My children use it for homework and me and my wife use it for play. I love it

I absolutely love this product. Great price. Love the micro sd feature, USB port and that kickstand huge! Wish developers will make some apps for the windows eight system.

Bought this for my child she has had no problems using it. Downloads are easy and she has found lots of games and apps to use. Love this tablet.

Its a great tablet worth everything have no complaint except the fact that it freezes up sometimes & malfunctions, maybe its just mine i left it in the heat a few days.. Also lots of updates so far. Everything else great (:

The Surface has great features, but with only the Microsoft store for apps, makes it hard to use certain apps that are not available-(Minecraft)

I got this as a gift on via the online Black Friday Sales. It was a steal of a price. It was easy to setup and is easy to use. Meets our needs!

I use this for work and love it. Much better suited than an iPad or other tablet.

I bought this becauce the commercials made it seem like it was so much better then an Ipad. We were very disapointed. There are not many apps to choose from and It is very slow!! Excel did work on it which was nice but with how slow it was made it not worth using on it. Maybe if we didn't already have an Ipad it would of seemed good. We ended up taking it back.

Great tablet for what I use it for. (school student) Comes with full word, pp, excel, OneNote not preview like the in store refurbished models.

I enjoy my new 32gb microsoft surface very much in any room in my house, in the car in the back yard, my younger brother wants one now
