great product for the price. does a lot that an ipad does at a fraction of the cost. have had no problems in obtainig help from the support site for easy questions and answers.

This device was ready to use right out of the box, nice for Christmas Day. Setup was not at all difficult.

My family is using this tablet for last one month. This is much more easy to use and carry around.

Microsoft provide excellent help in setting up my web email. I was expecting Outlook to work on the desktop not in a browser. I bought it for school before I found out the college isn't using Windows 8. My sister used it with the touch keyboard, while her laptop was being repaired, and she didn't want to return it to me. She used it for basic email and web surfing.

Easy to use and great for school.Very user friendly and battery life not bad.Microsoft offices work well.

This is my first tablet. Got it for fun, and the ease of carrying it with me vs. a laptop. Have enjoyed it so far. I did not get the 64 GB or the attachable keyboard due to price, as I don't really either. I have quickly adapted to the touch keyboard. I don't miss a traditional keyboard when I'm working on the Surface, but I use it for fun, not work related tasks.

Its a great product for the price. Its basically a laptop converted to a tablet. Can do almost everything a laptop can do and a tablet so for the the price it is a bargain.

I really have been enjoying my tablet, has lots of features and easy to move around from file to apps. Audio and picture view are excellent, another computer gadet i wouldn't leave home without.

This tablet/PC is great because when you buy the keyboard it's just like using a laptop or you can just use it like a tablet.

While this is a little heavy for a tablet, it is perfect for being both a home computer, laptop and a travel tablet. It is very powerful and Windows 8 runs all my software. The solid state drive makes response instantaneous. Graphics are awesome and watching movies on it is a pleasure.

Got this for my wife along with a keyboard and she absolutely loves it. She loves being able to use it as a tablet or laptop!

The tablet itself is wonderful from the graphics to the speed. However, the apps need a facelift. There is a wide variety of topics for apps but not many apps in each topic area. Obtaining store apps or travel apps are hard to download and sometimes impossible even though they are common everyday store/location type apps. This is surprising considering we are talking about Microsoft. Overall, I would still buy it again and am enjoying it!

I have tried 2 Android tablets, but neither worked well for me based on my needs to work with a transfer Office documents. The Surface works so much like my laptop, the only learning curve was the tiles on the Windows 8 screen. This is a great ablet for people that need productivity and a combination of a tablet and a PC.

I was looking for tablet that has features similar to laptop; There are somethings that you can't do it using iPad or any other android tablets and Surface fits in there.

This is a great computer for students. Comes already with Microsoft Office loaded. Good battery life.

It's a very good product for the amount of money it is. The camera could use increased quality and it would be nice if it was a little lighter. Love the different size of memory you can purchase and that it is Adaptable without Windows products I already have so I can sync everything. would be nice if more products or made for it like a better cover more comparable to the iPad covers that can flip over the screens and be used as stands.

Needs some work for prime time. E-mail needs work to make it useful. Does not integrate with STMP systems. Need to create a compatible email account. lots of hidden screens that don't do what you want. Calendar will not allow holidays to be hid. Should at least give the option to show or not. an accidental touch and the screen splits with a previous App. Can't get rid of it with out shutting down. Non techies shouldn't buy this product
