A good tablet for me who is not used to computers or gadgets. I like the cameras so I can put pics on internet.

Does not have pandora app but I love it! Small and cute, great for basic internet surfing and typing.

The Surface is a great tablet if you're looking for something that is mostly tablet with a little PC thrown in.

I have the Ipad but it didn't do everything so I bought the surface and it is perfect does it all just what I wanted if youre looking for a mini pc in a tablet form the Surface is it

Windows 8 RT on great hardware. Fantastic connectivity with all the hardware. Need another browser besides IE. Can't wait for more apps.

I didn't use this all that much because it was sooooo slow. I was a sports writer once upon a time and I used this "surface" when I covered a few games to tweet and write stories, but that was about it. I'm curious what the newer surface pros are like.

Great product will buy another. Windows handy especially since my uses it often along with her windows phone.

This is the best tablet on the market. It is a great hybrid with business functionality and lightweight compact packaging of a tablet.

So far I have enjoyed my RT Surface. I have not had a chance to use all the many features it offers, but I am sure I will not be disappointed. I would highly reccoment this tablet.

I love my new Surface because I can use it as a tablet for many things, then switch to desktop mode when needed. My kids can play games, then switch and do homework on one device.

I use it everyday. It is user friendly. My grandkids 2 & 3 love using it.

Bought this for my daughter as a school aid. Cannot express how happy we are with the purchase and the service we got at retailer...

It's good, I bought it for my son. He likes it but, wish had more free apps that you didn't have to pay for.

Very fast and efficient tablet. Worth every penny. I hope to see iTunes compatible with the Windows RT soon.

a bit of difficulty when first starfting it up but a steep learning curve once you get into the workings of the process. Great device for traveling and keeping up with business

This is a great addition to my computer. It lets me work on it like a computer yet I can hold it in my hand like tablet and have all the functionality of a laptop. I love this.

Good price but battery life is that great which is the most feature I think a portable device should have.

I like the surface very much i ordered from best buy ordered from customer service over the phone.The customer service representative could not find my account was waittng for a while giveing my info they could not find my account from email,phone,they made a new account or found my account and was supposed to update my info and later found out they did not update my account info,new address and phone on the order.so i recieved this brand new sealed in the box microsoft surface rt and it was very nicely packed sealed. it was brand new.with in a week or so i had problems the screen became very pixilated with weird colors and weird font you could read text and screen had lines accross it.and touch pad was not responding well,the tablet would freeze up,also it would take a longer than normal to push and hold the power button to get it to turn on.would tap nothing,tap nothing,push hold possibly 20-30 second nothing wait push hold it comes on..keeping in mind i had ALL UPDATES ALSO.So i decided to wait it out to see if it happens again and a few weeks later it happen again same problems listed above happen.THIS IS A BRAND NEW SEALED PRODUCT.this is not a used or refurb.And i have these problems i understand they can happen.So i called bestbuy they had a problem finding my account again.my infio was not updated properly how ever that was.I was told that best buy offers only a 15 day policy and i was over that keep in mind i purchased this NOV 28TH 2013 AND I CALLED JAN 22 I THINK OF 2014 SO NOT TOO MUCH TIME THERE and had a problem with this new device..I did not like that bestbuy had a 15 day policy and that no help would be offered to get this right except i would have 2 options becuase i didnt purchase a best buy extended warranty with it i didnt think i would have to.. So my options was to drive to a bestbuy and that is over an hour away from me and i was told i would have to pay 30.00 to have it put in a box and shipped off to kentucky service center for repairs.or i could call microsoft and have them let me know about the warranty on there product.so i didnt like the 15 day policy that this would be fixed no questions asked or that we wont charge you we will take care of it liek other companys do.but i was told i would be charged 30 dollars and then would have to drive to a best buy and be without a tabblet.till then.so i called microsoft.they said i was in my warranty for 11 days and told me they could send me a replacement/refurb used or new.But didnt say it would be new most surly. so i was told they would send me a box to so i could send my new surface with problems in it to them after that they would send me a refurb/used/replacement / new and had no control over what i got.. i was told also i could pay full retail 349.00 up front as a HOLD on my credit card.and they could ship me a used/refurb/repalcement/new if i gave them my credit card they would ship me the used/refurb/like new or new but had no control over what i got and that i could then ship my new one with problems to them. I chose this option so i could have a tablet on hand and not go without. I was told myu card would not be charged unless i did not return my new one with problems.microsoft full price on my credit card for the hold was $423.99 . i later checked there web sight and they had new ones 299.00 i was charged a hold of this 423.99 for a refurb/used.i can buy a manufacturer refurb on ebay for 179.00 but i not sure if i'm going that rought yet. when i received this refurb from microsoft i got to replace my new one it had finger prints on it and the internal light was yellow and after a full updates and then a factory restore on the power button was not turning on right away and a few apps was not working and they did on my new one..i called microsoft back spoke to a new person they said again they can only send me a like new/replacement used.or like new..i want a new one to replace the new one i got and has problems.i have to send this one back to microsoft and drive to town 35-40 mins to the fedex place to have it shipped back to them.now i have not yet done that. i called best buy back asked them again is what the lady told be before true etc. He said yes or the phone call clarified it that,I was told i would have to pay the 30 dollars and go to a bestbuy spend my time my gas and 30 dollars to have it shipped to have it repaired. i was then told if repairs need i would recieve a call and would have to decide if i want to pay to have it fixed or not.So now i have to pay more money to have this fixed its a new product i should not be haveing this problem.I was told that the repair shop would use the microsoft warranty to cover if possible some of the repairs charges but the rep was not clear on some of this but said they would call me the tech center after getting it. Again this is a brand new tablet and best buy has only a 15 day policy not sure what that means if it even covers anything in that time.but i found out after 15 days you have to pay to have it repaired and sent in.unless of course microsoft covers some on the chargees or all we dont know yet but not getting the service you would expect from microsoft or bestbuy.This tablet should be repaired no cost to me or replaced NEW no cost to me.So now i have to decide what I'm going to do deal with it or pay bestbuy to fix it or go to microsoft and get a refurb reoplacement an who knows how long that was used or what was replaced on it and how long it will hold up. AGAIN THIS WAS A BRAND NEW TABLET. i HAVE BOUGHT OTHER THINGS FROM BESTBUY IN THE PAST BUT QUESTION IF I WILL NOW AND NOT SURE ABOUT MICROSOFT POLICY NOW REGARDING THIS. I'm not trying to be rude or disrespect or speak evil of anyone just want to have my experience heard so someone else knows ahead of time what they might go threw and the service they might get.I just want what is fair and that should be a new replacement or free of charge repair. was told this is policy and this is the way it is.I like the surface very much besides the problems with it and the stated experience above.
