    Really good tablet. Got it for my wife for Christmas. She gas been able to use it with no problems. Needs to come with a full version of office.

    This product is great if you plan to use strictly for business matters such as email and using Microsoft Office. If you want to play games, download apps, music, etc. forget it. This is not the tablet for that. It has almost no apps available to download.

    Rt Surface is a great idea but the touch screen is not always responsive. The product did not come with operating instructions. Looks like it will be very useful once I master the operating system. I am hoping it will replace my laptop computer.

    Overall I am pleased but I had to call Microsoft for account problems with the surface. I went to BestBuy and did not receive the help I needed and I was not afforded the courtesy of a customer. This was not a selling point for the store. However, the salesman who assisted me with the purchase was wonderful.
