Customer Ratings & Reviews

The mouse is an optional accessory to have, the mouse can be used bent and it can be flat, the mouse looks very clean, the mouse was very good for less than $100.00, the mouse works fine, the mouse looks hardly used, the mouse only works with a Windows brand name PC, the mouse looks silver metallic in the online description seller’s picture but the mouse arrived in a different color in the mail and the color like grey with no metallic touch, the mouse looks is in very good condition, the mouse works fast and specially if you are using the newest hybrid Windows Surface PCs.

The two main features of this mouse are the flexible body and the touch pad “buttons” When traveling you can flatten the mouse and in doing so it powers off, great feature to save batteries and having to remember to switch off when running out the door. The mouse doesn’t have conventional buttons or a scroll wheel but a touchpad that you can click on either side or slide a finger to scroll vertically or horizontally. You might need to download the “Microsoft mouse and keyboard center” app to tweak the settings as I found the horizontal scrolling needed to be set to maximum to be useful. The shape of the mouse makes it a little hard for me to work with the same precision as a regular mouse. The arch shape fills the hand but there is no body under the arch for my thumb and small finger to grip. Over time I might get used to it and modify my grip. Good mouse, looks slick but a bit pricy. Get it on sale when you can!

I like the overall portability and design of this mouse, though you need some time to adjust to this design and may find it relatively hard initially to use, but after some time it becomes easy and comfortable. Other aspects that I like are the touch sensitive scrolling and dongle-free and stable bluetooth connection.

No tactile feedback with a scroll wheel and separated left/right click buttons, but the functionality is still there--just takes getting used to. This generation of Arc Mouse is much better than the ones introduced w/ the Surface pros gen 1-6. Excellent tracking, flattens when travelling and turns off + saves battery, takes two AAA batteries keeps it lightweight. Image looks more purple online, but more of like a periwinkle in-person. Would love more color ways and less pricey, but I'd recommend highly for workers and travelers and coffee-shop work. One of the rare Microsoft products that I must have, but biggest con is it gets oily easily and needs to be cleaned often.

I really enjoy the contour of this mouse. I really like how it folds up flat takes up very little room in my computer bag when I travel all over the world. I don’t wanna use any other mouse.

The Microsoft Surface Mouse is amazing and fits my needs perfectly. It’s comfortable, responsive, and sleek, making everyday work easy and efficient. The smooth scrolling and precise tracking improve productivity, and the design pairs beautifully with my Surface device. I’m very satisfied with its performance and reliability.

BEST mouse ever! Easy to transport and easy to use.. very sleek. Id buy every color.

I really like the stylish design which I purchased the mouse in the first place. It is very responsive with a long battery life. The only downside to it is after a while, my wrist becomes sore.

I really like my new Microsoft Surface Arc mouse. It is very easy to use and ergonomically designed. The mouse also is very easy to fit in my thin travel bag making it ideal for traveling.

Overall, great value for the money when I purchased this during the Deal of the Day promotion. See pros and cons below: Pros: - Great bluetooth connectivity - Easy portability - Preserves battery life when you shut down mouse by flattening when not in use Cons: - Can take some getting used to if you have used mouse with multiple click buttons in the past - Scroll response feels different and slower vs. previous mouse with a scroll wheel

The Microsoft Arc Wireless BlueTrack Ambidextrous Mouse is a sleek and versatile device. Its ergonomic design makes it comfortable to use for both left and right-handed users. The BlueTrack technology allows for accurate tracking on any surface. The wireless connection is reliable and easy to set up. Additionally, the mouse is compact and easy to carry around. Overall, the Microsoft Arc Wireless BlueTrack Ambidextrous Mouse is a great choice for anyone in need of a high-quality and adaptable mouse.

The perfect minimal modern mouse. Love how it goes flat and it can be stored easily.

I’ve had my arc mouse for about two months. It’s a very nice product, easy to turn on & off. The use of it on a soft or hard surface is really good, siding your finger across the mouse pad on the from left to right allows to move from page to page or even pictures. I certainly like the design & the way it works, the flat design for stow & go it great, my voova carrying case, isn’t that much bigger than my surface pro & the mouse fits in my all size pockets of the bag very easy. Pressing the left & right buttons are a little loud mist people will say, but it’s ok to me. Price is a little high, but you could always price match, just as I did. Two thumbs up!!

It's amazing and works like technological sorcery. I don't know why people complain about it flattening when it can take a fair amount of pressure. So easy to turn on and off with a snap and runs on batteries so no need to lug around a cord and charging brick. Being able to scroll without a scroll wheel is wild and so easy, perfect for use in a library without being embarrassed about the sound of your scrolling. I highly recommend this incredible accessory. It also compliments the Surface Pro beautifully.

tbh I bought because I bought the laptop for this mouse and I wanted a new one for the laptop, I found it cute, it really easy to use, it automatitly conects to the laptop, its really soft and its fun using it lol I love the fact that conects thru bluetooth

I have had my Surface mouse for several weeks and have enjoyed having it. It works fine and is easy to transport. I stick it in my pocket sometimes and other times I carry it in my computer sleeve. It's so convenient!! The only drawback is that I have an XL hand, so I wish it were a little larger, but I won't trade it until they come up with a larger or longer size. Since it is Microsoft Bluetooth, I don't use an off-brand USB antenna mouse anymore. Finally, the quality of the Surface mouse is great and I Iove it!!

Connectivity is flawless. Its stylish, compact and convinent. The snap it flat is a one of a kind feature which really awesom. It works like a charm for regular users. Really not intended for gaming.

Great form & function! Works well with both my dell & HP PC's. A little pricey, but worth it!

I had an earlier version of this mouse, it lasted me for 10 years! I loved that thing til it finally gave up. Great form factor esp for traveling and the central touchpad wheel even had a click feel for it. The replacement has been a dud. Constantly loses connection regardless of which of two windows laptops I've used, strength of battery, or surface the device is used on. This is one of those times where I really regret not having saved original packaging so I could've attempted a return. If it were a $25 mouse, I'd understand. But BB charged close to 100 bucks for this.

This was a replacement mouse for my Surface laptop. The last one shorted out. It is a decent mouse. The best feature you flatten it out to turn off.
