It lags a bit but I don't know if that's the computer or my school's wifi. Other than that restarting the PC is terrifying it lasts hours and often freezes during the process.

In regards to Windows Hello recognizing your sister, it's possible if you two look similar and it works for her that you need to improve the facial recognition on your device. To improve facial recognition, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, and then select Improve recognition.

Issues after 6 months

To make things worse is since this is under Microsoft warranty they had to send it out for repair. My Daughter has now been without a computer for 2 weeks and still now idea when I’m getting it back!!! Was a great machine until this happened and the slow response time to issues is a large risk. Glad it wasn’t midterms yet.

Great all around 2 in 1
