Comes close to the stability and refinement of a mac book pro. The best windows 10 laptop in the market. Some minor glitches with auto brightness, need to be better.

You're paying for the prestige of having the surface book. You can get a way better deal with a regular laptop with twice the specs for the same price. The surface book is heavy. Tablet mode only last about one hour of real world use. Are you kidding me? So if you plan on just taking your tablet with you you're out of luck. Be prepared to pack the base as well. Lots of other little things that bothered me about this unit. I returned it about five days later...

I gave this 3 stars because the Surface Book is solid as a laptop but if you use external displays you might want to do your homework. I was not able extend my display with getting a flashing desktop in return. I tried multiple dongles, multiple docks and multiple dispkays and none of them worked. Microsoft said there is an "approved" list of monitors to use. Ordered one of those and that failed too. Personal use, give it a try. Business use, look elsewhere.

This is a bit of a challenge working into a new computer for us Technically challenged but overall is a good computer and definatly better than a pad.

Got this for graduate in nursing who needs to take notes n draw sketches in class n work. This thing is great!

Nothing to complain about so far, but at $400 more for extra USB port and inch of screen I am sticking with pro unless specific user asks for it

It has features including easy stylus capability that we like. I have given 4 stars due its high price. Lower price points would drive more sales.

Used to convert my HHD to SSD in laptop. Allowed me to cloan hard drive and replace. Does what I needed.

Gave it as a gift. The recipient is stil moving thing from an older machine. So far she is happy. Hasn't lived up to the commercials on tv yet

I did a lot of research when I purchase this laptop. For the price and Best Buys willingness to match prices I felt like I couldn't go wrong.

The first one I bought had a bad battery. Other than that this laptop has bee. Awesome. Great features, super fast. Tablet works well.

We purchased this for our daughter to use for school. Now we can't seem to get her off of it. She loves it and won't let us touch it. LOL.

Great replacement for my old computer. Works well as a laptop or as a tablet. Offers nice flexibility to go back and forth between both.

I really like the surface book - I have had no difficulties with it and it performs well. Beware of the price match guarantee from Best Buy, however. I had an agreed match in price from Amazon, and they would only match a portion$175 of the $300 savings I found, despite the "guarantee". Had I known, I would've bought it on sale at Amazon instead.

This is a great laptop with wonderful graphics. Work well for what I purchased it for and will definitely recommend it to my friends

I love how the screen detaches and that I can flip it around. It works great to do things from watching movies to running heavy programs.

I am very happy with my computer. I love the convenience of being able to use it as a laptop or a tablet. It's fast and easy to use.
