This is a great product.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is an incredible ingenious product that brings a new way of multi tasking. It works great with samsung watch and earbuds. It will cut your productivity by half the time you are used to work. It will give you a full day of work and give you time to play.

Perfectly Flawed
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Oh man, I love having the dual screens, I have two phones normally, so having two screens makes them both obsolete and now I use this phone as my daily driver (coming from the note s20 ultra 5g and non ultra version) I still have the other phones, but I hardly touch them now. The Surface Slim pen that you can buy also works amazingly on the screen, and the added real estate makes it like you are drawing on a tablet instead of a chocolate bar. It's not a "PERFECT" device, it has some hiccups here and there, but overall it's amazing and worth it (if you can get it for the under 1k price tag). Something I did notice was it had trouble with the Microsoft Notes app, if you have that on screen the device slows to a massive crawl, I had to remove it from the cards view to get things back to normal. Just a little heads up there.

Not recommended
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited until i got it and have used it for quite some time. The left screen goes black constantly. The left and right pages with transition mid use. The camera for out view is HORRIBLE! If you like selfies this camera is for you otherwise don't bother getting this phone for the camera. It constantly has trouble transitioning to outview for the camera. So many missed opportunities when taking photos. The phone is also magnetic so don't place it near anything metal. I originally had a Pixel and can't wait to go back. If you owned a Google Pixel then it is rather smooth to transition to this phone but i prefer the Pixel.

Great for multitasking
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a huge fan of the gesture so I use the classic the 3 button navigation, but being able to use multiple apps at the same time is extremely convenient. Still small enough to fit in all of my pockets. Just wish the outer panels were metal instead of glass.

Different Approach But I Really Like it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a wonderful device that has two displays. Great for opening two apps at the same time. One open on each screen makes it a breeze. Has some issues making it's responses slow sometimes, but I suspect that is software related. I'm sure future updates will help that. I have adapted to it very fast and love it.

Great for productivity
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall I enjoy the device. It really comes in handy for work and the display size when scaled is amazing. Camera on it is awful unless you download another camera app. The interface is still very buggy but getting better with each update.

Ideal for work
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good phone overall. Better app view with split screen as opposed to other phones. You get used to the split in the screen and subconscious block it out. Great foe multitasking with apps as opposed to lugging laptop around as I use for work ..handy little thing. Needs a rear camera though...

Great little phone with a lot of features
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I cant complain. A bit of a learning curve because it is neither like my Samsung nor an iPhone so had to learn to navigate. However overall the phone is great quality, looks and feels nice. Great for work, but for everyday use i felt it was rare that i needed to multitask.

A very nice multi tasking Item
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is rather unique and very different. It’s build quality is awesome and very thin and portable. The camera and speakers surely could have been better. Also the screen bezel could have been much smaller. Over The concept is on point and unique. I’m looking forward to the next generation.

Productivity in your Pocket
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for power users who multitask. You know who you are. I get so much done and more quickly than if I tried to use my smart phone. It is far more comfortable to take with me than my tablet but has all the function.

Mediocre
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a fun phone for sure but lacks in quite a few areas. Still tends to be buggy when switching in between screens. Terrible camera quality

Useful phone.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product is to my liking. The salesman's knowledge of the product is a 2. I asked specific questions to which I think so,or incorrect information was given. I specifically asked about wireless charging and nfc. I was told it had both. The device has neither.

YouTubers are to harsh with this device.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, it is Gen 1 and there are a few bugs here and there. Stuff that is easily fixable via software update. Using the device since launch, I already feel an improvement. This is a great device and I plan to use this as my daily cell phone driver. While everyone knows this device is a productivity machine, I also play a lot of video games on this phone. It plays everything from android games to emulators and streaming apps like stadia nearly perfectly. I say nearly because stadia app is a little buggy, but works perfect on chrome browser. Great device and it will only get better.

Amazing innovation
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product for multitasking and productivity. Camera not the best quality or ease of usage, but the purpose of this was never the camera. The pros and innovative design far outweigh the cons.

Looking forward to Surface Duo Phone 2
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For being the first iteration of a Microsoft Android Smartphone this was surprising well done. Like any first generation item it came with its quirks and growing pains but with Microsoft’s new approach to updates to its products it continued to do better with each one. The hardware doesn’t match what the competitors have but in trade off I wasn’t being pushed into SmartThings/Bixby, or an iOS ecosystem. It quickly became a true tablet replacement as well due to its foldout design. The surface pen is secured to several different screens depending on how you need via a magnet. Any issues I did have which required Microsoft support where resolved very quickly, and easily. Microsoft’s support surprised me with how helpful and knowledgeable they were about this product which normally isn’t the case with their other products.

Great Tablet Phone (First Gen Issues)
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Phone and tablet, the only issue is that it's the first generation of its kind and some glitches need to improve. But over all its beautiful well made and I would definitely buy the next Gen. Also very expensive, the correct price needs to be $999.

Great for emails for work
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would recommend for people who use 2 phones one for work and one for personal . This would be my work phone. It is big so great for emails and searching while preparing email links. If you tend to use multi screens this would be ideal for you. The reason this wouldn’t be my personal phone is because I’m use to apple apps and not a big droid fan. Battery life with straight use from full charge has been a average 6 hours before I have to recharge. Price point 1/2 off is worth it not at the full retail price, I would say phone isn’t worth spending that amount for. For work I usually use a table w cellular so this smaller phone works great.

Bold new features are great.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a new design by a company that hasn't delved in the phone world for a while. They came back with a vengeance. They successfully made a foldable screen phone / tablet that even Samsung did not do. The innovative hinge makes for easier multi-tasking and never a worry about screen damage. It would have been nice if it came with a pen, but the surface pen works with it. It's a little getting used to, but worth it. It's a great device. The down side to the foldable phone is that it can't be mounted; at least until a new mount comes out. But Android Auto has come a long way, so it might not even be necessary. In any case bottom line is that it is a great phone. But it is a different experience entirely from what is now considered a conventional phone. At this point, I think it's worth the money. But as with all tech, the price will be coming down soon enough.
