I do really like this laptop however the mouse pad keeps sticking. It’s brand new. It’s never had any contamination, but for some reason, the left click portion of the mouse pad gets stuck down.. Otherwise, I would give it five stars. It’s a very strange feeling mouse pad as well, but believe me I’ve had some time to try to get used to it to think. Maybe it was just me, but it is definitely not.. I don’t know if this is an ongoing problem so I cannot say if I would recommend it

Great laptop, fast, incredible video but not does not work with the Surface Pen. ☹️

The only thing I would add to laptop would be the print screen button on keypad.

Longtime surface lover. Snapdragon not for me. Did not work well with many programs including microsoft. Fit and finish amazing. Returned it and got a surface with I7 processor

As always I prefer buying from best buy cause they have the dear prices compared to any one in market. This is extremely good one with all latest key features available for students.

Over priced, I feel I was just shown this one, over and over. Cancelled it once and then bought it one week later. Was not asked about my rewards to use as well, just over rated! much smaller than I'm used to. I feel that I overpaid and I could of gotten something cheaper is I was shown another product equivalent to the one I bought. 2 different sales reps ( which were very nice) but both pointe me to this lap top

It's a very nice computer, but had compatibility issues with some game software. Ended up returning it and buying a Samsung laptop.

Purchased this laptop to do homework and play roblox. Had to return it because it kept crashing. Upon exchange, a best buy supervisor informed me that the snapdragon processor doesnt work well with roblox. Other than that it was a great laptop. Very quiet, didnt over heat. Beauitful display and quickly responsive

This pc and the updated software is truly excellent

Good enough for everyday things like Microsoft Office suite, Browsing, email, etc, however, it does not compare to my Macbook Pro when editing photos or video. I only switched over because I absolutely detest the MacOS. However, i quickly learned that this laptop is just not built for that. Perhaps an unfair assessment, but i found out the hard way.
