Product is a best of class Lap Top PC. I purchased this unit to replace a six year old Lenovo that no longer met my business and personal requirements. I could not be any happier with my purchase. This PC Lap Top is exceeding my expectations.

It's a lot of power for a very thin laptop. Only drawback I've found is that it just has one USB A port (and 2 USB C ports). However, that is easily overcome by purchasing a flexible port hub. I bought the j5create Slim 8-in-one hub which plugs into one of the USB C hubs and adds 3 USB A, 4 USB C and an HDMI port. I also bought a new mouse that runs on bluetooth which the laptop has. Works well.

I Havent used this a bunch yet. Bet so far, WOW! Its going to be Awesome for the next 5 years!

I picked this up last Friday and I love it. I have used Macbooks the past18 years and I'm not looking back. Screen is great, I love the facial recognition login, zero bloatware, boots up very fast, and amazing battery. I have used this a couple hours a day the past week and am currently on 38% after charging to full the day I got it. I have used the Copilot+ features a few times and they are fun. No issues and I'm beyond happy with this purchase.

Excellent computer. We replaced an older model and are very happy with this one.

Overall, I think the Surface Laptop is a fantastic device, though I did encounter a couple of minor issues. Unfortunately, the unit I received was defective, as the bottom panel started coming loose just three days into use. Aside from that, everything else was great—I love the magnetic charger, and the haptic touchpad is a fantastic addition.
