Microsoft - Surface Laptop 3 - 13.5" Its a very lite weight, fast and looks great.

This laptop is perfect for everything that I need - operates seamlessly with all of the programs that both myself and family utilize. Boots up immediately and is very user friendly - The touch screen is a fantastic add and very easy to use. Battery life is great as well. Great purchase - Highly recommend.

Feel firm in the hand and well built, light weight.

Needed a quality laptop for my granddaughter and it doubled as a Xmas gift as well. It was ready to go right out of the box, easy to setup and perfect for what she needed. She was using it immediately and the software suite was more than ample for all her needs, personally as well academically

Great laptop, very fast startup. This is a great laptop for browsing the internet and doing every day tasks like viewing emails. Downside is the hard drive capacity you can go with a higher HD capacity. Battery life is pretty decent! Fast charge too!

The Surface has been exactly what I hoped for: reliable, fast and capable of handling the entertainment, business and personal loads I require of it. Only sticking point was that its Bluetooth did not recognize my Samsung Buds+ (earbuds) but this was resolved by the Geek Squad in 10 minutes.

Have had it for three years and have had no issues!

i love this laptop i bought it for surfing the internet and checking up on social media. It works great the 128gb HD is plenty big enough to install office without infringing on system hd space. If you want something to just use for basic stuff this laptop is great and amazing build quality.

Overall this is a great product. Light weight, powerful CPU and smooth performance. The only thing I don’t like a lot is the fabric touch of the surrounding of keyboard which makes it difficult for sanitary maintenance.

I bought this for my mom. So she could use it for medium use. Medium use is basic Excel,word ,web browsing and great YouTube experience. She loves it . Enjoys the touch screen and the cloth keyboard. Only thing I am worried is the keyboard will get dirty and have wear and tear. Otherwise looks nice and clean and ease of use for her. Especially with the touchscreen.

Good quality lightweight Laptop. Wish it had one more USB port.

Overall, this was a good investment, it looks nice, aesthetically pleasing. It allows me to download software such as Multisim and AutoCAD. It is really good for school since it is so fast. One thing though, is that whenever you "do too much" it makes this loud noise and also whenever I try and spit my screen it glitches for a quick second.

I’m enjoying this laptop I find it easy to use and so far it’s meeting all my Expectations for what I need to use it for. I admit my use of it isn’t business I’m not doing zoom meetings or conference calls but for every day casual usage its excellent.

I think this is a great computer! Absolutely the easiest setup of any computer I've ever had. Opened the box, plugged it into the dock ethernet and went to work. Compact, fast, light and crystal clear touch screen. I've had it for a month and I love it!

Fast ,pretty light for a laptop this nice. Do not like the fact that facial recognition in not available . Mouse acts up every now and then. After I closed it and when I am ready to use again after let say one hour I have to push the power button. Is not ready on the fly.

I like the size. I bought a USB hub to complement the few ports. I'll buy a second charger for work and home. Two hours on zoom and 2 hours on word is all the battery will take. The software is taking some getting used to, though I am a Microsoft office user for 20 years.

I bought this for a laptop for school. And let me tell you, this is the best choice. I'm currently a Junior in High school, and with this whole pandemic going on I'm always on my computer. I decided to go with this option and its amazing. The battery although good, could be a bit better (last around 6 hours with nonstop use). But everything about this computer is perfect.

I have not had this but a couple of weeks but so far so good. My only complaint so far is that I am a big google user and this being a Microsoft product causes some issues. The battery life seems pretty good. I have not used the camera yet but the display is very nice. All in all it seems a good laptop for the money.
