The laptop is small, compact, and not heavy. Good screen brightness, clear quality, and runs smooth. When typing, the sound isn’t distracting, and the sound is clear and loud. Definitely worth the money although it’s high price.

I purchased this for my wife. She could not be happier. Set up was a breeze, she loves the touch screen (replacing a MacBook Air), and it is fast.

Absolutely love this computer, I was using my husbands surface pro and fell in love, so he bought the laptop for me! Perfect for zoom for work, great picture for streaming tv. I love how lightweight it is.

Screen moves around unpredictably, constant pop-up menus getting in my way. It's Fast! I am just learning to use it so I can provide a future review after I become more adept, but that will probably require hep from the Geek Squad. Good thing I bundled that year of coverage!

This is the best laptop I ever bought. The battery last forever and the screen is crystal clear. This laptop works great. I have no Idea why I was wasting my time on other Laptop.

Despite the price, this product is amazing. Opening it up, I automatically thought to my self this is the windows version of a mac. This laptop was purchased for school. I’m a senior in college and it has done everything and more than expected. Especially during this whole coronavirus with the transition online, this laptop definitely got its work put in for it, but now that it’s summer it’ll get rest lol. The only issue I have had with it, is if the keyboard light is on and the screen is set to it’s lowest lighting, the laptop basically goes to sleep on you without any warning. Besides this, it’s definitely worth it.

I bought this product a month ago. Working great for my needs of office 365 functions. Nice touch screen, the drawing function is a nice bonus. The battery charges fast, seems to last a long time. No complaints, happy consumer.

I bought for my son and daughter. This laptop is high end look and material. Lighter than mac air. It has more features such as touch screen and good face recognition. Better than I expected. My kids love it.

Bought a few of these for work from home scenarios. Sleek and "feel-good" for people used to using clunkier laptops. Productivity, Microsoft suites, usability, and flexibility are all great and as expected. We work in a cloud, so i5 and 128GB is fine. I normally buy 16GB for the memory but was trying to save some money because buying multiples. If I was buying for personal use or a different work environment, I'd ramp all three of those up and spend extra. Strangely, 2 out of 5 lost power capability/wouldn't turn on. One was considered a defective power cord. The other one was deemed toast by the Geek squad. The one that was lost was about a year old, and the power cord failed in three months on the other. Rating is good based on the specs I bought it with only, and I'd have to assume the power issue was a one-off or there much more chatter about it.

We took a chance and went to buy a new laptop to have in case we needed one for the house. Well, who knew we would have to work from house and needed a laptop. To use this is a breeze. Easy setup and navigation in each option

I bought this laptop to prepare for a mostly online semester at college and so far it's been great! The camera quality is already a vast improvement from my old laptop and the sleek design makes it easily portable.

Microsoft laptop 13.5 inch monitor they got high resolution I recommend it to any student and business easy to use very friendly. I recommend it to anyone who has Apple Laptop way too expensive.

Good value for the price. Would have liked to see an i7 processor or at least 16gb of ram, but it's good for daily tasks and the form factor is nice. Would recommend for someone looking for a basic device to do daily tasks.

Replaced an older computer and was going to get a Macbook. So glad I got this instead. Very portable, and works great for all personal and work tasks. Love that it is touch screen and the keyboard feel.
