I really like the ease of this product. I am normally an Apple user t for g purposes I had to purchase a PC and this one is amazing. It is very easy to use and it mashes life y simple with the touch screen capabilities.

I’ve been using this laptop for writing papers and creating spreadsheets and just browsing the web. It handles everything very well and operates at a good speed.

Really love this laptop! Favorite thing is how the charger plugs in. It's not a barrel connector which gets bent whenever it's on an uneven surface. It's magnetic, and is like a mac charger! Only bummer is that these little buggers have fail annually. Maybe don't get the one with the wall-plug prongs integrated into the adapter "brick". This time I'm trying the one with a cord from the brick to the plug to the wall. Maybe those are better! But they are $89, not $59 like the one that came with the new laptop.

Very dependable, I actually prefer the built-in keyboard to the removable Surface ones (I have not found it practical to use my PC as a tablet). Would definitely buy again (and may buy another).

Excellent laptop for a busy person that's on the go! Lightweight yet powerful! Screen is perfect size for taking time off and watching a movie or playing a video game.

Got it for a great price for everything that it has and I couldn’t be happier! Would prefer if it was a 2-in-1 so I could convert it into a tablet to take notes but I’m still very happy with the product!

3rd surface laptop I've purchased so far. they are great machines, although in my opinion a tad over-priced. they are definitely built well and perform as expected.

I love my surface laptop. It's a top of the line laptop without that over the top price. My only gripe is I wish it had more memory and an HDMI port but other than that, it's a phenomenal piece of tech.

Compact, lightweight, powerful with very good graphics. This was the second one we've purchased as replacements to other laptops. Very pleased with our purchase.

Bought as a gift for my wife. She loves it. Battery lasts a long time, charges super quickly, and computer performs very well. Boots in about forty five seconds and is very powerful for basic working.

The laptop is light and sleek. Great laptop especially nice since I travel a lot for work. Yes, quarantined at home now, but, when we can start traveling, this will not add weight to my shoulder.

Even though I was fixated on purchasing a black laptop, I'm loving my silver/gray one. Everything was easy to set up e.g. emails. So far I am enjoying my choice of the Microsoft Surface.

Overall a really good laptop. Light weight and fast processor. Outside finish seems to get dirty very easily. Could use an HDMI port for connecting another display. Had problems with the usb-c port; seems to small

If you're looking for a large screen you're looking in the car wrong place. If you want a smooth surface..pun intended, amazing screen resolution and speed you've got it. Love this laptop.

There’s no way I can sum this up shortly , but the laptop I had before buying this one gave me endless amounts of problems . I was freaking out because as a college student , I needed a good working laptop and I spent HOURS researching until I gave in and decided to go to BestBuy to get more insight and I was 100% sold on this beauty! Not only has it done me wonders in and out but it has never done me wrong ! No issues .. nothing . I will always appreciate the man who sold this to me because without it … I would still be stuck with what I have before …

Got this as a replacement for my Surface 3 and it’s absolutely perfect for my needs. Stylish, elegant and performs. It can run games pretty smoothly without stuffer it. For $1000 could t be better.

Love the Surface Laptop, design, function & reliability are great. I prefer the Surface book option to use as a tablet, but really I only used that ~2% of the time.

This was a really good computer BUT I decided to stick with apple. I guess because I have been MAC for so long it's hard to adjust to anything else. But it's still a good computer. Light weight and compact

I bought this for my daughter who is going to college. She owned this for 4 months now and by far satisfied with its performance. I like the sleek design of it as she does.
