He really knows his stuff. I originally went in to purchase a Mac book but he showed me this laptop which was basically the exact same as a the Mac book but better with a touch screen better quality keyboard. It’s an awesome laptop and thanks to Sanjay I was able to get it. I would advise all customer to go to Sanjay for his opinion and help. Each time I would go in now I go straight to him.

It was clean and looked brand new, but it did not have the Microsoft Store installed. I tried all of the remedies I could find online, but took it to Best Buy after a frustrating few days. I had to make an appt with the geek squad and come back the next day. The guy said it would take a few hours to reinstall the program. He said they usually CHARGE for this, but he didn't charge me. I am glad that he did not charge to fix the issue that should have been fixed before I even got the laptop. I would have been upset. Overall, good laptop. Good deal.
