    Best Buy employees that helped w/purchase were very helpful. I like that they are not paid on commission & are not pushy. They treat even the most unqualified computer/laptop users w/respect then walk away to give you time to talk/think & make decisions. Purchase & payments are also very easy. Came back for 2nd laptop 1 month later.

    This is a replacement unit for my Dell 11.5". I like the fact that for a little larger body, I'm getting so much viewing surface. The keyboard fits my hands well and I especially like the illumination. With an upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, I can communicate with my office PC all the time.
