ITS A GREAT LAPTOP, HOWEVER I WISH I WOUD HAVE RESEARCHED A LITTE MORE BEFORE MY PURCHASE, BECUASE THE PRO WOULD HAVE MET MY NEEDS A LITTLE BETTER. I COULD HAVE USED THE TABLET CAPABILITIES AVAILABLE WITH THE PRO, INSTEAD OF SOLELY A LAPTOP. THAT BEING SAID, IM DEFINITELY GETTING MY MONEY'S WORTH WITH THE LAPTOP 3!

Very nice device. Got it for my sister as she needed something new and easy to travel with. Loved the felt was very nice when resting hands on much different in the cold metal “ Surgical table“ feel i’ve come accustomed to. Great for general use and likely most office use.

Perfect for freelancers! Very slick and smooth I had a MacBook Pro 13’ Retina display before not switching back, this is way more clear and higher quality for a better consumer price. Macs are over priced due to fads.....

There are always too many features on a new computer, in my opinion, but my new Surface laptop let's me use what I want with ease. I'm still learning my way around it, but it's fairly intuitive. Have to admit that having all the Microsoft Office features and a touch screen is pretty sweet.

Performance is good (at least as good as you can expect from a quad-core intel these days), the exterior body is well built, great looking display, but the keyboard has significant flex right in the center. I would assume this is because of the Alcantara palm rest; the all-aluminum model probably solves this problem.

I never write reviews, but I feel like this laptop really deserves one. 1. Battery life is terrible. 2. Overheats like crazy. 3. the fan sound is unbearable and it is on 99% of the time. All I do on this laptop is school work so mostly just word and research. 4. The charger cable gets unplugged from the smallest of touches. 5. The screen glare is out of this world. If I were to take more time to think I could count way more stuff but if I stop one person from buying I'll feel good about myself.

Just love it. I owned this for a while now. I read some bad reviews before buying it but decided to find out my self. It has worked great. Daily use. Work, school and some games. I retreat the price I could have got it cheaper if I had waiter a little longer.

I love my MS Surface Laptop. I use it mostly for games, writing and watching YouTube. Resolution is great. Geek Squad installed Windows 365 OS, MS Office and Web-root anti virus and I was good to go. It also helps that I got it on sale! :)

Great value for the money and extremely happy with the purchase! Boot up is fast and operating system is stable! Opening and switching between applications also exceeded expectations given this is a mid level laptop. Highly recommended! I can't comment on use for gaming.

Good, light weight and work with me . No problems sofar

It works well, but is lacking in a few areas: the cable connecting it to electricity comes out too easily; it does not have a button to turn off the camera or to turn off the mic. as do comparably priced other laptops. In fact it is more expensive than an other laptop that does have these features.

Always wanted to try a Surface. I had a little learning curve after using a Mac for years. Touch screen is awesome as well as the facial recognition. Surface does everything a Mac does plus more. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love my new laptop. I purchased this laptop replacing my Mac Book Pro. I needed something small yet mighty. The touchscreen is amazing. Of course after plenty of research this Microsoft surface 3 was the oneforme .

the hp product i bought was nice but a little more expensive than i thought. Also you had no turntables available on the floor and none of the sales associates knew what i was talking about. So i went to a different place and got a turntable.

We spent a little more on this than I usually would for a laptop, but my daughter was starting college, and well, it's online. She has no complaints and she's hoping to enjoy the small form factor in class and at her internship in the near future!

Love the size and speed of this laptop. The screen is great, the sound is nice for watching movies and such. My only complaint is the magnetic power adapter plug isn't the strongest so it can come out easily sometimes. Not a big deal. Overall love the laptop.
