The Surface is lightweight and powerful. Very easy to use and a great design. The keyboard has a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

I've had both the original laptop and laptop 2; both have been great but this version of the laptop is much more refined. The all-metal body looks great, the larger trackpad is much appreciated, and the keyboard is even better. The screen is brighter and more colorful and the performance boost is noticeable. The battery lasts all of a workday under normal use and charges quickly. The inclusion of USB-C is nice as you can use it for a 2nd UHD monitor or to charge the laptop.

Love my new Microsoft Surface Laptop touch screen 3. I've had it for about a month and couldn't be happier with its speed and memory capacity. The feel of the keys combined with the touch screen option is perfect for me. I have to say, I was disappointed with the length of time I would have had to wait for Geek Squad support to set it up since they were so behind at my local store. I went ahead and followed the computer's set up wizard and did pretty well. I appreciated the drive-up to pick-up so I didn't have to go inside when it arrived at the store. Thank you.

This computer has performed GREAT ! It is very well balanced when in your hand. The screen opens with one hand, the battery life is excellent (regular WEB & some other software) --- easily reaches 10 hours. If you adjust some settings, you can easily get 13+ hours. The track pad and keyboard are BOTH the best I have used. The laptop is constructed very solid --- You won't run into broken hinges like in other computers after a few years of use. The black color stays CLEAN --- NOTE: if your hands are not washed, any computer will get dirty with smudges.

Fantastic laptop. love the touchscreen allowing my old eyes to enlarge. Slim, light, easy to transport. Expensive but worth the price

I love the size and weight of my Surface 3. It is portable and a more solid laptop because of the fact that the screen and keyboard do not come apart.

I have use several of these laptop in business. They are light and are easy to use with Office 365. They do tend to get6a bit warm in the older versions. We will see with the 3.

I’m new to using a Microsoft laptop. So far it has been easy to use, set up and has a great battery life. It’s lightweight too.

I've had this laptop for about 5 weeks now and I have nothing but good things to say about the specs, performance, and ease of use for the casual user. The build quality is fantastic, probably the sleekest, best laptop I've ever owned. It's Windows, so you probably already know what you're getting in terms of software. HOWEVER, about two weeks ago, coincidentally after performing a software update, I've had some bad luck with this laptop. In the middle of nearly every use, the screen either freezes or the computer shuts down entirely. Now, I was highly anticipating this laptop and it has delivered on almost all fronts as I mentioned in the first paragraph, but when the computer essentially freezes and I have to power it back on again, it's extremely frustrating, as this laptop was not cheap (for the specs, I felt that it was, but a computer is still a significant investment). I have not called Microsoft support, as I'm sure they would have told me to just do a factory reset, which I'm not sold on. I wish I could have given this laptop rave reviews, but until this flaw gets fixed, I am fairly dissatisfied.

I became aware of this computer because my employer supplied our staff with this model once we started working remotely. I was using the Platinum Alcantara color but once I found out that this model was in Sandstone (basically it’s rose gold/pink) then it was a definite buy. I love the feasibility of this computer and also that the battery life is amazing. It’s lightweight and the accuracy of the touch screen is also a plus. This was a great buy!

This is a great laptop in a beautiful color. I initially wanted the black one but this one shows less fingerprints. If you are wanting to do serious video editing on this you will probably be disappointed. This is for someone who is a business person looking to do zoom and skype calls, create documents and presentations, and interact with various microsoft programs. The battery life is great so you won't be tied to a charger all day. I wish that the selection of ports was greater but you can also purchase a microsoft dock to complement your setup.

Great keyboard, excellent typing experience. Good screen resolution. Laptop is very quite and does get warm. Good processor.

Computer overall is great. I travel every month and for the first time in my last trip 3 days ago, I didn't put laptop in its case, I decided to put in my purse. While I was in the plane I decided to turn it on, I was in shock to find a crack right below camera. I didn't drop or hit it with anything. I have been always very careful with any electronic I bought throughout the years. Never bought any protection plan, I guess I should have bought one this time. Laptop seems to be very fragile. So, if you are planning to buy one, get the protection plan.

Light, easy to set up and quick. It does seem slightly fragile so I'll be getting a protective case for it. Recommended.
