One of the best laptops I’ve had. The face id makes it very easy to open up and use. Very sleek, kind of heavy to carry around in your backpack all day, but lighter than most laptops.

As a software dev this product is ingenious, nothing matches the quickness of Microsoft's laptops and tablets coming from a surface pro 7, Ive always used this and the ease of use it has is unbearable and has made me much faster at writing code and making it compile faster so I can see what's wrong quicker.

I mainly bought this as my 'zoom' laptop and when working outside of my home office. I already have a surface pro but it's too small and this is perfect. the screen and camera are what I've come to expect from Microsoft products. I got the older version because I already have a kick butt desktop and this is not replacing it. Battery life is excellent, keyboard is big, touchscreen is responsive.

I hesitated to buy a new Surface after having many issues with my older model. My new Surface Laptop 4 - 15" screen is the best choice I could have made. The larger screen and enhanced battery life have given me all the features of a desktop with full portability.

I really liked this computer. The metal body provided a much better typing experience than the fabric covers. There was very little flex to the keyboard, the mouse trackpad was fantastic, and the screen was pretty enough. The touchscreen is a nice feature, but if you are someone who uses a stylus, it's not good for much here besides laying down and scrolling with the pen, as trying to draw and do meaningful work with it is difficult with this screen not folding back like a 2-in-1. Ultimately returned this because I couldn't stomach the price. It's a premium build quality, and this is probably the closest to a Macbook for performance/value in an ultrabook. This is not meant for gaming as there's no discrete graphics card, but if you are a professional on the move, or student looking for a portable study machine, this might be it.

I ended up with this laptop when I exchanged the Surface 7 for the Surface 4. It is well worth it. I have 2 Mac Books and this Surface 4 is just as fast and comfortable to use. Very light weight, screen is great and plugs in to external monitor quickly and easily. I am having issues with plugging in external speakers. I can't get them to work, have tried all combinations in setup. This is where the MacBook is superior. Monitors and speakers plug in right away. This is why only 4 stars for the Surface 4

I am very pleased with this computer. The screen image is top quality, better than any other laptop I looked at. It is small enough for traveling but large enough for every day use. It runs very quiet and very cool, and the battery lasts well. The only fault is not enough ports, so that I have to use a hub to use a printer and mouse at the same time. And I wish I had selected the model with a larger hard drive than 256 GB.

The touch screen along with a larger laptop screen size is a nice feature, especially since it still remains light weight. This is a good balance. It is easy to travel with but works well for home personal or work use also. It is user friendly and installation of software seems pretty flexible.

Love this computer, it’s such a huge upgrade from HP. Processor is incredible and so is the display. I work 8 hours a day and the battery lasts me about a day and a half.

Very nice laptop, very light weight and one of the fastest I have ever used. Sound was actually pretty decent on it as well. If you are going to spend the money…spend it well!!

This is perfect for on the go college grad student and full time job. Light compact and holds a charge for hkurs while using it. Will buy newer model next year.

Love this laptop and battery length! Typing surface is so soft and easy on the fingers, touch screen is sensitive, takes little effort. Would highly recommend this laptop and Best Buy!!
