Battery issue

With this one, I'm having battery issues five months into the purchase? I don't understand why my battery drains so quickly. It is slow as well no matter if i have one app or 100 open at a time. It's not my internet, I'm using the fastest available.

Surface 5 Disappointing

I wanted to upgrade from my Microsoft Surface Book to a newer Surface model. However, after using the Surface 5, I was very disappointed. I liked the bigger display, but the quality of the graphics and fonts were extremely poor quality. I could never get the fonts to be readable. The fonts were very blurry, which I could not improve with the Adjust Cleartype Text. The movie quality was grainy also. I returned this Surface, and upgraded to the Microsoft Surface Studio 14.4". So far, I LOVE the Surface Studio!! It has the most comfortable keyboard that I've ever used, and the quality of the fonts and movies is excellent! I love the way you can easily convert the laptop into a tablet! The Surface Studio is the best laptop that I've ever purchased. Thanks Best Buy for letting me return the Surface 5. I am very pleased with your service and with my new purchase!

Great laptop, but too many blue screen incidents

I thought I had it solved with I removed my third party virus software, and it went three and a half days before another blue screen, this afternoon. That situation is very frustrating.

Battery drained in 4 hours with minimum use. Even the MS Office Apps were lenty. Returned to beat buy and changed for a Macbook Pro.

Camera is not reliable

Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 15" is worth buying!

I went to a local Best Buy to buy it and was glad they had just one in stock. The only problem is with the laptop being black in color, I always have to use a flashlight to find the USB and other ports.
