Still new to it but build quality feels nice. The co-pilot short-cut button is practical. Battery life seems ok- 5 to 6 hours of continuous use based on one test. Was easily available for pickup and for the best price I could find from online searches.

Great computer for every day tasks, use it for light gaming, do some web surfing and small business work. Microsoft made a really good Apple MacBook Air competitor with this.

I am very happy with my new computer. It was very easy to setup and connect to the internet. However, we did run into a slight issue connecting to a USB home network drive, but after a lot of googling we found the solution. Something to keep in mind, this computer comes with the Windows Home Version. If you prefer or need the Pro version, you will need to add about $100 to your total price. Also, Best Buy does price match, so be sure to shop around so that you get the best deal.

I bought a surface laptop six years ago and it was great, but it was time for an upgrade and this one is perfect, I definitely recommend it.

Was a pretty good laptop, but didn't like how it couldn't connect to certain applications due to it being on the Arm Network.

The build quality is great but copilot is extremely intrusive, and the snapdragon processor doesn't have the architecture to run a lot of apps natively, meaning it has to emulate the apps which significantly hinders performance. My coding IDE's and various planning apps ran absolutely horrible. Don't recommend

Liked computer as a whole until updates downloaded and mousepad quit working properly even after undoing downloads and rebooting and reinstalling.

I’ve always loved BestBuy for their great deals. This device is sold $400 cheaper at microsoft. I wish they offered the same price.

The initial estimated delivery date was December 20th, which I ordered on December 16th. However, there is currently no estimated time of arrival (ETA). The call center representative is also uncertain about the availability of the stock and has no alternative options.
