I generally don't like working on laptops and just keep one for when I need to work on the road or off-site. This beauty has some features that have made me choose to work on it from time to time because I like it so much! Two huge features -- the 20 hour battery is no joke. If I start the day with a full battery, I can do anything and not even think about needing to plug in. I am so sure of this that I don't even take the cord with me anymore when I'm working off site for a whole day. Full disclosure - I am not a gamer or a graphic designer or a video editor, so can't speak to how long the battery would last for those special folks. Second great feature, and the one that actually makes me happy to use the laptop is the touchpad. I have NEVER used a laptop with such a natural, smooth, and responsive touchpad. Maneuvering is effortless and accurate. Bravo Microsoft Surface 7!!

This is what a windows laptop should have been like all along. Has all the features you would expect from a device made in 2024 - minimum 16GB of RAM, 120hz refresh, and long battery life. I came from an XPS15, and its very refreshing to have something that rarely heats up while also being thin and light. The dune color is just stunning too

I love this laptop. I recently traded in my surface laptop 4 for the newer model as my old one was starting to slow down. I primarily use it for school but it is incredibly light, it easily fits in my purse so I can take it everywhere without needing to get a backpack or laptop case. My one complaint is similar to my review on my previous laptop, the battery does not last very long. I think I maybe get 2-3 hours into working with my laptop on lower brightness settings and have to plug it in every time.

This laptop has truly been a gamechanger for me. I purchased the laptop for my business, and it is perfect to take on-the-go, or simply sit in my living room to complete tasks. It has wonderful aesthetics, while also being familiar to me due to being Microsoft. The battery life is amazing, as well as the speed. I am so pleased with this purchase and will only buy Surface laptops in the future.

I live this notebook. This is my 4th purchase. I’ve tried Dell, the Mac Notebook and others, but Microsoft suits me best for my writings and law practice.

It’s great and does everything it needs to do but I went almost a month without using it and for some reason it was struggling to turn on. I never dropped it and only used it for work. But aside from that it’s been really good and I love how sleek it is.

The Surface laptop has an ARM processor and no fans and it honestly blows me away. Price and performance is similar to that of Apple Silicon, but with the added functionality of Windows and even some other features like Windows Subsystem for Linux, fully supported on ARM. I'm very happy with the thought put into this device.

The Microsoft Surface Laptop works well, is easily transported, and is a good value for the price.

I bought this computer for my twins who are going to college. It's a beautiful, lightweight, and sleek computer.

This is my 3rd Surface computer and I LOVE them. My first two were the tablet version, and I use it for home and work. I run 3 businesses off of it and love the versatility as well as the size and weight which allow me to "travel light". This time I purchased the model with the attached keyboard, as the keyboard is the part that tends to have to be replaced on the tablet. It was simple to upload my info through my MS account. Funny, you don't realize how slow your computer is...until you get a new one!

Very thankful for this purchase! It’s great for my Business Analytics class, since we use Excel to its max! The touchscreen is a bonus and I love the color! The salesperson helped me with express shipping so I wouldn’t be behind on my class, great customer service. Thank you!

It is exactly what I was looking for. l like the color, very fast

I will be returning this laptop soon. Sometimes the screen from one page freezes and remains partly visible even after I have moved on to another page. The F2-F4 keys do not work to adjust the volume unless I do a restart, then they work again but only temporary. It also seems to be delicate. I was sitting on a low to ground sofa when this laptop slowly slipped off my laptop and tapped the floor slightly because I caught it before full impact. Since then, the laptop does not close completely and I can hear cracking in the hinge every time I open it. The battery life is pretty incredible as of right now since this is a new laptop but that battery life will lesson in time.

This was the first laptop we bought with new chips for the boss. She loves it, great battery life for her and its snappier and more responsive than her original one. She doesn't want anything else. And she loves the color!

Overall, a great computer. We have had no issues with compatibility. Easily connected to our Brother printer. Battery life is insane. Only slight issue is that it tends to be a little sluggish on certain tasks. Not sure if the 32MB RAM would have made a difference. But have a 4 year laptop, also with 16MB of RAM that does the same tasks without issue

I love this laptop. The volume goes high, it's really bright, the picture is clear and sharp, it's lightweight, super fast. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Very lightweight laptop that is also durable. It turns on quickly and operates well. I haven’t had a chance to use all the new features, but I’m happy with my purchase. I have an older Microsoft Surface Pro laptop and it still runs. I only upgradedd due to needing more RAM/harddrive space.
